Situated less than 2 miles from both M1 J30 and J31, getting to Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Mansfield or Worksop takes around 20 minutes. Whether you're visting family and friends, looking to explore glorious Peak District just on our doorstep or you're working in the area, you will have a fantastic stay in our space.

The space
The space is fully equiped for long and short stays. We have super fast fiberoptic broadband for those of you needing to get that online fix. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Bedrooms can be configured to your preferences with 7 single beds or 3 large doubles and a single as well as an extra large double sofa bed in the living room. There is a huge free to park car park at the bottom of the garden.

Other things to note
No smoking and no pets. We do not allow parties at this property and we ask that you treat the house as if it were your own. We have very friendly neighbours who we have know for years and ask that you show respect and treat them as you would like to be treated.
