「The biggest problem with this hotel was hygiene and maintenance. To start with, check-in should be a simple problem. However, we were left standing at the desk for 25 minutes rating for the two staff members to troubleshoot one of the two room key programming devices at the desk. There was no urgency to focus on getting us as customers checked in. Rather, we were basically told that we needed to wait. 「Rooms could use a little updating. Pool was closed due to “health issues.” The family that also stayed there had their second room sold from underneath them and the staff on Sunday morning were not very excited about helping them at all!」

「Good afternoon. We checked out the morning of 5/24. Staff was very kind and helpful. Temperature control was great in the room. Bathroom was clean. A couple suggestions, went to find something behind my pillow and found hair, false eyelashes and general filth. (See photos). Would recommend you clean the dust ruffles and behind/under the beds. Rooms smell stale and musty. Second, it took three attempts to get our second room key functional. Third, the "one stall" restroom door lock...
