This lovely cottage was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Everything was as described, and check-in was easy. I even got to meet the dog! One of the things we planned to do was play a board game in the evening. The only table in the space is a smaller 2 x 3 table; Heather was willing to add a card table and chairs to accommodate this request. Visitors should know that the bedroom is in a loft, up a short flight of stairs, with the bathroom on the 1st floor. Leave a light on downstairs if you think you may need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Location was great, and it seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only about 15-20 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this listing!

Lovely setting. Relaxing and historic. Host responsive to all needs. Perfect distance to all of KC. TV selection great. Steps are steep to the loft for older folks. There is a sturdy handrail. We will stay again, if available.
