Hidden Pines at Shaver Lake

The cabin is located in the beautiful, quiet and peaceful Sierra Cedars neighborhood just a short drive to the village and lake.

If you value space and entertaining your fellow guests, this is a great spot. It's large and inviting. The finished basement features a 4th bedroom and additional bathroom, as well as a game room with a beautiful pool table. The main floor includes the kitchen, great room and wet bar and both front and back decks. The Upstairs has 2 nedrooms, one with double bunk beds and a full sized bed and the other with both a King and queen sized bed. There is a shared full sized bathroom as well.

Would love to stay here again

We loved the space! Plenty of gathering areas to be all together- living room couch for movie watching, downstairs room for pool, front balcony for morning coffee or nighttime s’mores. My favorite was the back deck - two tables that seated us all. Beautiful redwood trees surround the property. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great communication with our host - thanks so much for sharing this home. We love Shaver Lake - fishing for Kokanee salmon (had them on kabobs for dinner) paddle boarding and sunbathing for the teens, swimming, boulder jumping and even some tubing! Our favorite CA lake - so far our favorite Shaver VBO.

Plenty of room

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the couch in the main living area is awesome! However, the place is a bit older and dinged up pretty good. Kitchen counters cracked, patched holes in bathroom walls and closets full of random stuff. Overall, good for a family gathering place with kids and pets. Lots of cabins in close proximity to each other, you can waive and have a chat with your neighbor.

Holiday trip with family

Nice property, you can find everything what you need in the house (kitchen, bathrooms). the bedrooms very comfortable the house in general had plenty of room to relax in. We will be back next year for sure!

Very large comfortable cabin with very comfy beds!

This was a family trip with grandparents, parents and kids. It was large enough to accommodate everyone and the large wrap around deck was awesome. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very nice weekend snow escapade

The property was great! It accommodated all of us. The only thing we have issue is the dishwasher not working properly. But overall we have great time in the snow and the house.

Amazing trip for Christmas 2022

This house was extremely beautiful and had EVERYTHING we needed to keep 6 adults and 3 children entertained for 4 days and 3 nights without having to leave the property! We brought food for meals and prepared them all in their fully prepared kitchen. They had board games and coloring books for children and a pool table and bar for adults. The house stayed very warm throughout the night. To save the best for last the kids had a blast on the property for sledding! We will definitely recommend and be returning!

Perfect Holiday Weekend

The cabin was amazing, from the easy, clear access (it had snowed just a couple days before but the roads and driveway had been cleared), simple check in process, pre-arrival text from Tom, amazing homey feel that reminded us of prior cabin trips as a family and large open main floor to hang out in together. The cabin was even decorated for the holidays! We're already talking about next year.
