The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but it was functional. It is essential to drink bottled water as the water quality is poor but a guy comes round in a pickup selling bottled water frequently. All in all if you aren't expecting too much then the apartment is good value for money. The Sadeki cafe is only 50 metres away and they offer quality snacks and meals at a very reasonable price.

Fabulous Stay Highly Recommended Super Clean Facility in a nice and safe neighborhood 5 minutes walk from Famous Farsha Beach Shops and Restaurants are 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by taxi or bus The owner is very communicative and readily helpful if needed The Apartment is cozy and fully equipped It just feels like home
