「My family of 4 stayed for the weekend in Blue Haven. Tatum was friendly, helpful and responsive. The cottage is centrally located in Iluka, with walking paths at the front of the property. Kids were happy playing in the tidy, fenced backyard or watching a complimentary DVD. 1min walk to The Freshwater cafe on Saturday and Sunday for breakfast or coffee. 「This unit, attached to the owners' home, is one of the nicest places we've stayed at in our travels throughout Australia. It overlooks a river and is set in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. The unit itself is compact, very well equipped and spotlessly clean, with unexpected treats provided. We had car battery problems and Peter couldn't have been more helpful. 「Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!」

「The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. 「We have stayed here at least 5 times in the last 6 years. We always feel safe and it has very little traffic or noise. Although there isn't space to fit our car, with a car trailer, in the car park there is always parking on the access road near the entry. Rooms are always clean. Pricing is good and we will continue to stay here when in Grafton for Speedway. 」
