Tom was litterally born and raised in that house and lives nearby and very freely volunteers local info that will very much enhance your stay. Not only do u get a great house to stay in, but a personal guide on what to do and how to get there. As well as info on some local places u would never find on your own. Plenty of room for groups. On site laundry and extra bathroom facilities....

"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."
