お風呂が日式だったのが感動しました。ただ、カビも目立つため、もう少し清掃に力を入れて頂きたいです。クラブラウンジは、お料理がとても美味しく大満足でした！また利用したいです。

眺望がgood!!

シティービューの部屋を選びましたが、外滩の眺めが見える眺望の良い部屋でした。また、ルーフトップバーからは浦东の摩天楼と外滩が一望できます。宿泊客は入場料無料なので、昼と夜の2回行って景色を楽しむのも良いと思います。1点、エレベーターはルームカードをタッチして乗ることになっていますが、4機並んでいるエレベーターの方は、ルームカードをタッチしてボタンを押してもすぐに消えて反応しませんでした。ルームカードを変えてもらっても同じ現象が起きたので、エレベーターのほうに問題があるかもしれません。

最上階のバーの雰囲気と景色は最高です。次回は暖かい時に来ようと思います。部屋の温度が若干低かったです。スタバ、コンビニが徒歩3分以内と近くにあるためそれも便利でした。

3泊しました。とても綺麗で景色もよく、快適でした。少し気になったところは、次の2点です。 ①窓の汚れが目立った(上海の夜景目的でこのホテルにしたので、少し残念) ②5人での宿泊であったため、2部屋予約し、事前にコネクティングルーム(ジョイントルーム)をお願いし、了承してくれていたが、当日、2部屋の間にあるドアは鍵がかかっていた。(フロントに電話したら対応していただけました) 全体的には、コスパもよく、いいホテルだと思います。

ハイアットオンザバンドの6階リバービューに宿泊しました。下の階ですが、眺望良く、夜の夜景は本当に最高でした。お部屋の広さ、ベッドのふかふか加減、バスルームも良かったですが、トイレに鍵、ウォシュレットが無いのが残念です… スタッフの対応も良く、片言の英語と翻訳アプリで大体通じます。朝ご飯のビュッフェは、値段は高めですが、種類も多く美味しいので食べる価値ありです。

好立地だが低価格。サービスはイマイチ。

外灘観光後、徒歩圏内でホテルに行け、立地が良く、ホテルのバーも夜景が見渡せる。部屋からも外灘の景色が見えて良かった。立地はいいが、設備、サービスはイマイチ。シャワーは弱く、部屋に置かれた飲料水は飲めたものじゃなかった。ハイアットでさえ、正面玄関の自動扉が止まったり、タクシーが常駐でない、事前オーダー支払いしていたウェルカムドリンク等が引き継がれておらず、チェックアウトにも時間がかかった。値段は手頃で良いが、もう少し、、、と大変おしい。

チェックインに時間がかかりすぎる。フロントに4人担当がいたが30分以上待たされた。3時からチェックイン可能だが4時に部屋の準備が終わっておらず荷物を預けて散策しに行った。予約した内容と異なる部屋が充てがわれた。ダブルブッキング？

急遽予約。

台風による乗り継ぎ便欠航の関係で、急遽1泊しました。直前にホテルズドットコムより予約したのですが、フロントで予約が無いと言われ、チェックインに手間取りました。（予約がフロントに飛ぶまでタイムラグがあるとの事）。ですが、片言の英語にも丁寧に対応してもらい、部屋も眺望の良い部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。部屋は清潔で、夜景が凄く綺麗でした。今回時間が無く早朝にチェックアウトしたのが勿体ない部屋でした。値段も手頃で立地も良いので、おススメです。

自動カーテンのスイッチが壊れ修理を頼んだがリペアマンは修理出来ず帰っていった。翌日も修理は無し。アメニティに関して、使用した髭剃り、Q-Tipsは捨ててしまったが、翌日の補充はなかった。

バー屋外からの眺めは外灘側浦東側両方の眺めが満喫出来ますが、客室からの眺めはリバービューか否か確認された方が良いかと思いました。一緒に宿泊した友人はホテル朝食後嘔吐と下痢で一日中寝たきりになり観光できませんでした。水なのか食事なのか何が原因かはわかりませんがとても残念な滞在となりました。

立地が便利でレストランのクオリティも高い高級ホテル

上海出張時に1泊。外灘の夜景が部屋から見渡せることが希望だったので、「River View」という部屋を選択。文字通りRiver Viewであったが、肝心の東方明珠（テレビ等）や摩天楼が見えず、やや残念であったが、立地が良く、数分歩くと川沿いに夜景を見渡せることが出来たので、良しとします。ホテルでビュッフェスタイルの夕食もとりましたが、おいしく、品数が豊富で、上海蟹にも食べ放題だったので、とても満足しました。

地下鉄の駅からはちょっと歩きますが、外灘と浦東新区両方を望める位置にあります。部屋によっては両方望めるかもしれません。私はリバービューの部屋を予約したところ、外灘を望める部屋でした。外灘は十分徒歩圏内です。近くにはコンビニもあり便利ですが、飲食店はホテルのレストラン以外あまりない感じです。

対岸の浦東の高層ビル群の眺めが抜群で、上海らしさを満喫できました。

GW(5/3〜6)の滞在でしたが、日本人が溢れている訳でもなく、どちらかというと、欧米系のビジネスマンが多く滞在している印象でした。スタッフもまずまず洗練されていて、英語もそこそこ通じました。外灘エリアへの散策などには便利なロケーションでした。

タクシーにはご注意！

ホテル前から2度タクシーを利用しましたが、ディズニーランド、浦東空港に行くのにどちらも反対方向に遠回りされました。渋滞回避かとも思いましたが、到着した日は空港から180元程度だったにも関わらず、帰りは230元超えと、あまりの差に愕然、以前上海で暮らしていたので、大体の道は判ります。明らかに遠回りでしたが、変なところで降ろされるのもヤバイので、黙っていました。外国人だと道が判らないと思ってるんでしょうね。後味の悪い体験でした。

総じて良かったのですが、

運が悪かったのか、水周りの排水が最悪でした。トイレは詰まるしシャワールームも床に溢れるし。その他立地や設備・清掃は素晴らしく思いましたので、上海滞在時はまた利用させて頂きます。

夜景が最高なホテルです。

外灘の景色が最高でした。夜は特にライトアップされた光が川に写り更に華やかさが増して綺麗でしたよ。ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で部屋内も清潔感が有りました。朝のビュッフェは色々な物をその場で作って頂けるので、何日間か滞在しても飽きずに楽しめました。お勧めなホテルです！

5星ホテル？？

リバービューの部屋を予約したつむりだったが、チェックイン時に只のスタンダードと言われリバービューにするには追加で250元を払うように言われ支払った。部屋に入り夜景を眺めようと窓に近付いてみたら川側の窓の半分がひび割れをしていて夜景にモザイクをしたような感じになっていた。追加料金を支払いリバーサイドになってもチェックインが21時で22時にはライトアップも終了、そして窓は半分しか見えない。配車係は立っているだけで何もしない、周りに食事をするような店もないし、最悪だった。

リバービューにグレードアップしていただき最高の景色を堪能しました。外白渡橋まで徒歩でもすぐで、橋を渡ると上海人民英雄記念塔があります。部屋も清潔感がありスタッフも笑顔で愛想のよい対応でとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。一つだけ難を言えば、窓の真ん中に枠があり写真を撮るときに邪魔でした。それ以外は大満足でした、さすがHYATTさんです。

浦東を一望

上海の浦東を一望出来る素晴らしいホテルです。プロントの対応はやや事務的ですが、サウナもジムもプールも綺麗で快適です。部屋からは浦東の夜景を一望出来て素晴らしい上海になりました。

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

中国人による中国のホテルだった。４部屋利用したがすべての部屋がにおい、清潔感にかける。整髪料のにおいが抜けていなかったり、漢方のような中国風のにおいだったり中国内陸部でよく利用する中国ホテルと同じだった。

素晴らしい眺め

リバービューを予約しましたが、スタッフの対応も良く素晴らしく良い眺望の部屋を用意いただきました。当方は数年間の上海駐在を終えての帰国前日でしたので、非常にロマンチックな夜を過ごさせていただき感謝しています。また、機会があれば是非、宿泊させていただきたいと思います。

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス

最低のホテル滞在でした。

チェックイン時間が１５時とありましたが、１４時２０分にチェックインしました。しかし、部屋に入れるのは１５時だと言い張り、こちらもの荷物を持ってロビーのソファに座ってスタッフを睨みながら・・・。１５時きっかりになり、キーを取りに行くと、無愛想な顔でキーを渡すだけでした。部屋に入れば、シャンプーセットは無い、冷蔵庫は開かない・・・。不具合ばかりでした。５つ星ホテルとは思えないサービスで驚きました。スタッフの数も少なく、チェックイン、アウトと異常な時間が係ります。他の上海のホテルのサービスを考えると二度ととまらないと決めました。

サービスは中国クオリティ、器だけ5つ星のホテル

ドアマンはタクシーもろくに呼べない。案内もできない。タクシー客の整理もできない…。荷物に気付かないベルボーイ。何度も部屋に来る、ルームクリーニング。無愛想なフロント、席の案内もできないBARのスタッフ…。部屋のつくり、器はそこそこ、ましなのに働いている人間がビジネスホテル以下。そこが気にならない方はいいホテルです。でも、そこを含めてのホテルって考えの人にはお勧めしません。

落ち着いた優しいホテル

ホテルスタッフの行き届いた心遣いと、清潔感のある館内のおかげで落ち着いて過ごすことができました。リバービューのお部屋と、vue barからの眺めは最高です。

バンドが一望できるホテル

部屋から老上海のバンドが見えてロケーションとしては最高。部屋は清潔だが浴槽、洗面の排水に難あり。トイレは温水洗浄便座になっていない。チェックインカウンターの対応が紋切型。（新人のせいかな？前はもっと丁寧だった）

景色最高

２７階のリバービューに宿泊しました。上海タワーが目の前で最高の夜景でしたよ。部屋も広く設備も良かった。

リバーサイドビューの部屋は良い眺め

上海和平ホテルを中心部とした場合、歩いて１５～２０分程度離れた場所にあります。あいにく、週末はタクシーが拾えず、荷物を持って、歩く羽目になりました。立地はイマイチでしたが、アメリカハイアットホテルと同様に食事を予約すると、朝食と夕食は毎日ホテルの客専用のラウンジでビュッフェ方式の食事を食べれます。とても便利でさすが、ハイアットホテル、嬉しいサービスです。中心部へのアクセスはタクシーか徒歩だけ。川沿いに歩けば中心部へ１５分程度の散歩。

外灘は高層階南側の部屋がベスト。低層北側は景色はイマイチなので要注意。ロケーション、設備、衛生面は全く問題無し。

上海一の景色が良いホテル

最初通された部屋はリバービューで予約　端の部屋フロントに連絡したら直ぐに最高の部屋に変更してもらいました。ホテルマンは英語が堪能で助かります。部屋も設備共に最高の上海を満喫、また行きたいです。コンシェルジュの説明も良く分かりました。

バンドを見るなら、最高の場所です。

ホテルの施設は充実しています。従業員の態度と丁寧さは普通です。5つ星ホテルにしたら、やや低く感じました。

地下鉄駅から少し遠いですが、高層リバーサイド部屋ならば、天気のいい日に景色が素晴らしいですので、ここに泊まり甲斐があります。

ホテル自体は快適なんですが、サービスレベルが最低

施設に関しては問題なく四つ星レベルで値段相応かと思いますが、フロントスタッフの接客が最低です。チェックイン、チェックアウト時に受付スタッフが少なく、また対応も遅いことからそれぞれ20分以上も待たされました。チェックイン、アウトは素早い対応をすべきでは。また、このクラスで無料WIFIではないのはお勧めできない。
