"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Shanghai! Brand new building just started service last year, high tech in the room, once you walk in the room everything is voice controlled, including curtain, TV, aircon , lights and phone etc, the system can recognise my voice in English and Chinese, so nice! The toilet is auto fancy one too! The room is Riverview, and downstairs are hundreds of popular restaurants there, so convenient! I have to extend my stay from 3 days to 30 days just because I love here so much 😄😄😄 And the price is so good too as I’m paying in Au dollars, hahaha… so lucky i found this place! Also, the hotel staff is super nice too, so patient and kind to deal with all of my requests! "

"Welcome to Pullman down to China standards: the door staff would only help you 1 time out of 3 with the luggage or the door, your non-smoking room will smell like an hash tray to the point that even your pillow and bedsheets will stink. And finally they will charge you an extremely ridiculous 200 CNY for a breakfast."

"Great hotel, a little distance from the city center but an easy metro ride away to anything in Shanghai. Great property especially for the lower cost of not being around Nanjing road. Overall incredibly pleased with our stay"

"Great location near bus stop and station. Staff were very accommodating and always trying to help. We found the room very warm but they kindly offered a fan which helped alot. The parent and kids room was very spacious, however the wooden bunk bed was very squeaky and the bedding was very thin. The main bed was very comfortable though. The rooms were quiet and no smoking smell in room or hallway. Or family of five would stay here again."
