"We booked this hotel for our honeymoon but that was a pretty bad call on our part. The AC in the room didn't work and the room was hotter than the lobby. After about an hour of trying to fix it at 4 in the morning, they offered us a tower fan. I hope this is not a standard for all the 5 star hotels. When we returned after the reception, a huge mirror in the washroom had fallen down over the flush. It could have been pretty back if the mirror had fallen when either of us were using the washroom. The only saving grace was the mirror didn't break when it fell but I wouldn't want to be there if it breaks the next time it falls. Only when we decided to checkout did they offer us a different room but it was after 5 and it was pretty pointless to pack everything and more to a different room for a few hours."
