"difficult to find and had to ask the locals. it is crowded and has bad smells, upon arrival and checking in, I was charged an extra 160HKD for 5 days as part of a "Service Fee" that I was not made aware. I did not pay that "Service Fee" in cash, as I thought maybe the staff just keep it under the table. Otherwise disappointed by their practices of charging hidden fees upon arrival. BEWARE"

"The Hostel was old. The rooms were really small. I upgraded to a Twin bed that night and it was typical HK hostel. bathroom had no towels. Never again...."

"住所のところに行ったが受付は無し、同行者に電話してもらい担当の人とやりとりしてもらい違う階の違うところで泊まることになった。 TV壊れていて、エアコン効き悪く扇風機のみ、 無料Wi-Fiは繋がらず、文句を言ったら対応してくれたが、つながりが悪い時があった。 とにかく受付がなく一人だったら泊まれなかったと思う。迎えになんか誰も来なかったし、最初に行くところがわからんかった。部屋もかなり汚く2度と泊まりたくないと思った。安いだけ。セキュリティに関しては盗難が無く良かった。"

"态度差，服务差。对待客人的询问也没有一个好的解释。推卸责任。而且还有额外的收费。Our family had a terrible experience in this hostel. Customer service is not exist, arguing with customer. There are extra charges which was disappointing. We could booked another place. It is not refundable, so do your research before booking or best to check the place out before booking. The place is not that clean. We would not go there again."
