Staying here is as comfortable as staying at home. I was here for the entire month of December and was very comfortable. The host thinks of everything you may need, and will have it waiting for you. The coffee and tea bar was especially well appreciated. This is my second stay at this location, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in this vicinity.

Spacious and Clean

The property was very spacious and offered everything needed for our stay. All appliances were clean and worked properly, including the much appreciated washer & dryer. The location was perfect for going to attractions in Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The grocery store was just up the road beside 2 great restaurants - 1 Mexican & 1 Italian.

Another great stay

This was our third if not fourth stay at The Eagle’s Nest and we again had a fantastic visit. The property is roomy, clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and the check-in and check-out processes were easy. It is a convenient location to Knoxville, and you cannot beat the price. Highly recommend!!

Excellent stay, spacious, clean, well appointed

We very much enjoyed our stay at Eagles Nest. The property was easy to find with good parking and access. We were able to get in daily walks in the neighborhood with good shady paved roads. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked, even everything needed to bake a birthday cake for granddaughter. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again!

Delightful getaway in Seymour

My family of 3 spent 5 days at the Eagle’s Nest. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was also stocked with all the supplies we needed during our stay. The host was responsive and we were treated to cookies when we arrived! We also had a great time exploring the Knoxville area.

Family Visit

Fantastic stay at the Eagle’s Nest as we were in town to visit family. Comfortable, clean, and plenty of room for our family of four. Very easy to get into Knoxville or out to the mountains. Will definitely book again on our next trip down.

Eagles Nest stay

We were in Knoxville for my daughter’s white ceremony for her doctorates program. Instead of a hotel we went with the VRBO and found this quaint apartment. Location was just outside of Knoxville which was fine with us. Eagles Nest was perfect. Everything we needed was available. The apartment was clean, comfortable and was like a home away from home. When we go back to Knoxville in December we will look for the availability of the apartment to stay again. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed at.

Great apartment for a Vols home game

The Eagle's Nest is perfect for a family attending a Vols home game in Knoxville. Not only is it nicely appointed it is centrally located between Knoxville and Sevierville affording many nice dining opportunities and convenience. When leaving the game if you park in the State St garage you will avoid nearly all post game traffic!

Cozy digs

We were taking our grandson on a trip for fall break - Pigeon Forge & to see elk in Cherokee. Thought the site in Seymour might be too far out, but it wasn’t. It was only 20 minutes from Sevierville - in a nice neighborhood- basement apartment. It was very clean, nicely decorated for fall- even had homemade cookies on table. Would stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay!

This is an absolute wonderful place to stay. We were in town to bring my daughter back to UT. The place is exactly as listed. Very clean and roomy. Loved the cookies and the coffee bar! Would stay here again.

Thank you for a great stay

The place was a nice fit, even for a family of 7 (thank you for working with us). The host had a thoughtful plate of cookies laid out on the table waiting when we arrived. Everything was comfortable and updated from kitchen, televisions, and beds. Even had hot water for all 7 that showered after a long day at Dollywood. One very minor critique was that it was slightly hard to close the bedroom doors, as they are sort of out of alignment and very tight. Overall a great place to stay and on our list. Thank you for letting us rent these 3 nights.
