"We had a Fantastic week here. We came home completely relaxed. We had a hire car so was able to get into Kalkan easily. (5 mins). Great communication from the owner who was really helpful. The area is quiet and relaxing. Outdoor BBQ was in constant use by us. Great location, great facilities, great holiday. Thank you "

"Nice villa in great location with stunning views across the bay from the outside terrace and pool. Great villa for our family of 5. Lots of space, clean and well maintained. Nicely furnished and decorated it was a comfortable home from home. Our teenagers really liked their bedrooms. Really large infinity pool and spacious outdoor terrace area which had a good balance of shaded and non shaded areas. "Villa Manadlin is stunning and would highly recommend staying here. It is set over 4 floors with separate room / annex on bottom floor next to pool (we did not need to use this). Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"

"Honestly nothing but positive feedback here. The villa was beautiful. Everything we imagine and hoped for. Beautiful inside and out. The pool was brilliant. The table tennis was great. It was clean, spacious, just beautiful. The location was perfect too (mind the hill though that’s a slog! But great to balance out the naughty food and drink we had 😉). A 5 min walk to everything you could possibly need. No faults at all!! Cannot wait to return to this Villa! Missing it already x"

"Giving it 5 stars for everything except for location/area. Location is great 5, but it was a building site next door. no noise problems though, just fallen stones, which was cleared eventually obstruction. "

"The Villa was extremely clean throughout and was in an excellent location to the local town where there is shops, bars and places to book excursions. We had a wonderful family holiday and Suleyman couldn’t do enough for us in terms of making our journey and stay as comfortable and easy as possible. He helped to organise our return transfers and was also at the end of the phone should we need to ask questions. The staff looking after the property are very friendly and again couldn’t do enough. "Lovely villa in a lovely location with fantastic views .. We were a family of 8 who stayed for 2weeks. The villa catered for all out family needs and some . The host Ozkan met us on arrival showed us everything and was available anytime should we have needed him . In the 2weeks we never had any problems so had the perfect holiday . Happily recommend this villa for a great family getaway . Hopefully will be able to return next year ."

"Villa Blue is a great place to stay. The location is great and you have excellent access to town. Mike gave us all information needed to make our stay as easy as possible. Ibo the maintenance manager was also on hand and resolved any issues we had. The villa is comfortable with a large outdoor pool area and equipped with everything you need. We would definitely recommend it."
