Box Canyon "Moose Cabin"-4 bed, private bath, WIFI

If you have a larger group and want a little more elbow room, look no further than the spacious first floor unit of the Moose Cabin. The two bedrooms in the unit are equipped with a queen bed in one and a queen bed & two twin beds in the other. If additional bedding is needed, there is a queen sleeper sofa and single sleeper chair in the living area. All beds and fold-outs come with memory foam mattresses.

Guests in the Moose Cabin also enjoy a large kitchen and dining area, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Additional Cabin Rental Charges
Rates for the Moose Cabin are based on a 4-person occupancy. A $20 charge will be applied for each additional guest, per night. Children ages 6 and under are free. Extra guests not disclosed prior to arrival will be charged $50 per person.

Seward portion

Nice property. Scenic area. The pond and fire pits were a good addition. Little bit of a drive outside of town.

Good and bad

The property was beautiful! Couldn’t ask for a more scenic and serene environment… Until… 5 o’clock in the morning. The people who live upstairs were running up and down the stairs going outside, slamming the front doors This happened on more than one occasion after midnight, loud talking and slamming of doors. No I’m not opposed to that during the day, but when people are trying to sleep… That’s not a problem in the daytime, you heard basically nothing from them but at night it was very loud and hard to sleep in and at least one of the beds the sheets were not clean. I did not find this out until stripping the beds when we were leaving or I would’ve said something before hand… Also, some random woman walked up on our porch came to the window and stood there and watched us playing cards, now that had nothing to do with the host or the house but it was still creepy and even though I really enjoyed the property I really kind of doubt that we would be back due to these issues
