Discover our exclusive loft in the heart of Seville, designed to offer a luxurious and comfortable experience. This charming space features one bedroom and full bathroom, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a bright dining area on the right, next to an open kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. Continuing on, you will find the cozy living room, decorated with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a large Smart TV for your entertainment.

To the left, a staircase leads to the main bedroom, which features a double bed and a convenient clothes rack.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can visit Seville’s main monuments. Additionally, in the surrounding area, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, typical bars, and shops of all kinds, both small and large, making your stay a complete experience.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Well located to visit the city.

Close to all Seville attractions. Felt a bit humid inside a first. Maybe because of the jacuzzi.
