Disappointed
Deficiencies: Patio off upstairs bedroom - uncomfortable outdoor furniture, dirty & messy, dead plant, foul garbage/sewage odor. Downstairs bedroom - one wall lamp over a nightstand is dangling off the wall. Downstairs bathroom - towel bar/soap dishes attached to the wall in downstairs bathroom will soon be releasing from the wall unless tightened, water from shower overflows under the glass door onto the floor & the moldy & swollen condition at the base of the wooden door jambs indicates an ongoing issue. WATER WAS LEAKING FROM THE CEILING IN THE DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM!!! We received ineffective & inappropriate responses from the host regarding our 2 complaints about this issue, which posed a risk to our safety & caused discomfort.
The best aspect of the apartment is its EXCELLENT location! If the deficiencies are belatedly addressed & properly maintained, other guests might not be similarly disappointed.
