"This hotel was top tier. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. The buffet was fresh and had a good variety. We had experienced our first earthquake there while in Mexico City and the staff handled the situation professionally and kept calm during the event. We would recommend our family and friends to this hotel because of the value, cleanliness and location is excellent and central to all tourist attractions. "
