Very comfortable bed! Super friendly staff, spacious room, easy check-in and uncomplicated lugagge storage. A wastebin in the room was missing, a bit of noise from the street, bathroom feels a bit too hot when sun is shining. Overall, nice stay, would stay again.

Had a great experience. Nancy assisted with early check-in. Communication was through WhatsApp and any questions I had were answered very timely. Nancy walked me through the process on access the elevator and took me to my room. I felt safe the entire time. Room was cleaned daily. Location was great as well. Loved it!

Durango 219 is a remarkably pretty and clean hotel with easy access and is in the same building as two very nice restaurants. Beyond the hotel itself, it is conveniently located in a very nice neighborhood and has great walkability to plenty of amazing restaurants and bars. It is also very easy to uber from the hotel wherever you need to if it's out of walking range.

Cool space, comfortable accommodation, well-designed, and great location. Management was easily reached and responsive to issues; Ivan on the night shift was a huge help when I had to navigate a complicated situation trying to get picked up to go to the airport. Was a bit worried when I arrived and found earplugs on the nightstands but I never needed them. The restaurant downstairs is very tasty and a great asset. The area is lively, transit is nearby, and feels very safe. Thanks so much for a great visit!

Hotel was perfect for us - great location in Roma Norte and clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed the restaurant Babero on the ground floor (always busy) as well as the rooftop cafe. We’d recommend this hotel and would stay there again! As others may have noted, there’s no front desk — access is by entry code but staff were responsive and helpful via what’s app.
