To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
- Dogs are welcome!
- A signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
- Trash cans must be taken out on Wednesday night for early Thursday morning pickup.
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
Please be aware that ladybug season in the mountains occurs from October to November. Our homes undergo monthly pest control, and while we don't offer refunds for these uncontrollable circumstances, your comfort and safety remain our top priorities. For your security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras.
