step inside, you'll be greeted by the warmth and comfort of a rustic-chic

interior, with plush leather furnishings and modern amenities. The open-

concept living area features a cozy electric fireplace, perfect for snuggling

up on chilly mountain evenings, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless

steel appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and

granite countertops. With Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the cabin, you'll stay

connected while enjoying the peace and quiet of the mountains. Enjoy the hot

tub on the deck, the fire pit in the evening, or a barbeque meal cooked on the

charcoal grill. This mountain getaway has everything you need to make memories

that will last a lifetime!

Step into the warmth and charm of the open-concept living room, featuring

wooded views through the beautiful windows, brand-new hardwood floors on the

entry-level, and warm rustic décor throughout the home. The living room

furniture has been fully upgraded to keep you in total comfort. Relax on the

couch for a restful nap before dinner, and snuggle with your spouse while

watching your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen TV. And when cool

evenings settle in, flip on the electric fireplace to stay warm and toasty —

paired with a cup of joe or hot cocoa, what could be better?



Kitchen/ Dining Room:

Step into the fully equipped and upgraded kitchen, boasting gorgeous

countertops and stainless steel appliances. Pots and pans, mugs, dishes,

silverware, cookware, and all the essentials are ready and waiting for

homemade breakfasts, secret recipes, baked goodies, and midnight snacks. Store

restaurant leftovers in the fridge, curb your sweet tooth with frozen treats

in the freezer, pop everyone's movie-night favorite in the microwave, brew a

steaming pot of coffee whenever you desire at the designated coffee bar, and

let the dishwasher take care of the dirty work. The dining area is perfect for

gathering the group for family meals and quality time together around the

dining table that comfortably seats six while enjoying lovely woodsy views

with every meal through the surrounding windows. The washer and dryer are in

the closet in the kitchen for your convenience. Dish towels, dish starter

soap, and dishwasher starter pods are provided.

evening comes, gather around the fire pit for some smores and share stories

with your loved ones.



Location/ Roads/ Parking:

Located in the beautiful Sky Harbor resort, Honeysuckle Hill is centrally

situated on the spur between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The roads leading to

the cabin are gently uphill and semi-curvy, making it accessible for

motorcycles and vehicles. You'll find convenient level parking for up to two

vehicles. Nearby, you'll discover Dollar General, Kroger, and Food City for

your shopping needs. The cabin is a quick 5-minute drive to Pigeon Forge, 10

minutes to Gatlinburg, and 15 minutes to the stunning Smoky Mountains. With

this prime location, you're never far from the vibrant attractions and

experiences downtown Pigeon Forge offers.



Pet Policy:

Dogs under 25 lbs only

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2 dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel

The pet fee is a non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s).

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, damage, or

if additional excessive cleaning is needed from your pet, you will be charged

for all repairs or cleaning.

Please bring your own bedding to cover the area your pet lays/sleeps- or an

additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog

hair odor left behind.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend

a week before your stay.
