Feel at home when you stay at our lodge-themed, very clean and cozy Sevierville vacation rental cabin “Huckleberry Holler”. You are staying at our vacation home, owned by my sister and me, so you don’t have to worry about staying in a neglected cabin.

Our cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a loft with a full and twin bed (sofa, pool table, Wii and board games upstairs also). Step out on the attached balcony to watch the beautiful sunset or see the stars at night.

We typically only rent to four guests, but will consider an extra guest if prior permission is asked.

Unwind at the resort's community pool in the summer before visiting the nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Douglas Lake are must sees and not far from our cabin.

When you rent from us, you deal directly through me. I am available 24/7 if you have any questions or concerns. It is very rare we have a problem when guests are at the cabin. If we do, we fix it ASAP! Many cabin rental companies take days to even respond to guests’ concerns. You will not get that from us! Our five star rating is important to us, and we do everything we can to maintain it!

The cabin's cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan create a roomy interior space designed with relaxation in mind.

With a hot tub, spacious wrap around porch, four rocking chairs, outdoor dining table with four chairs and grill, “Huckleberry Holler” has it all. As part of Eagle Springs Resort, you will have full access to our very clean community pool and picnic pavilion.

Take it easy on the leather couches around the wood-burning fireplace and watch your favorite show on one of four flat-screen TVs. Free wireless internet and free Cable TV with movie channels makes it easy to stay up-to-date and in touch while you're way. Working from home should not be a problem with our high speed Internet. A landline with free USA long distance calls is also provided.

You'll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including: all cookware, lots of kitchen gadgets, dishes and glassware for 6, crockpot, mixer, blender, toaster, coffee pot, etc. Our guests give us many compliments on how well stocked our kitchen is. We do a lot of cooking at the cabin so we have lots of utensils and accessories. Eat on the barstools, around the dining table or on the porch’s outdoor table and chairs. We even provide some spices, aluminum foil, Ziplock bags, garbage bags, paper towels, coffee and sweetener.

Sevierville boasts an array of attractions that will not disappoint. Whether you're in town for an event at the nearby Sevierville Convention Center or for the Big Bass Fishing Tournament on Douglas Lake, you'll be just minutes away at your home-away-from-home.

Pigeon Forge is just 13 miles away and home to shopping and dining attractions as well as the Dollywood amusement park. Eat an unforgettable meal during a dinner show at Pirates’ Voyage or Hatfield & McCoy. Spend a day shopping at the amazing Christmas Place, Old Time Pottery or the many stores at Tanger Outlet.

With skiing and snowboarding in the winter, make sure you visit Ober Gatlinburg. Ride the scenic chairlift or aerial tramway to get some of the most spectacular Smoky Mountain views available.

Many of our guests enjoy Cade’s Cove, Anakeesta and Roaring Fork Motor Trail. If you are into hiking, there is a really great hiking guidebook available at the cabin that shows you all the many hiking trails in the area.

- 4 or fewer guests (additional guest may be permitted if prior permission asked)

- No smoking

- No pets allowed, strictly enforced by the resort’s restrictive covenants

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior surveillance cameras, one located on the driveway that faces oncoming traffic, one on the entrance door and one on the walkway. There are no cameras in any interior spaces nor facing the private hot tub or outdoor seating areas. Cameras are not monitored when guests are at the cabin.

- Commonly touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectants according to CDC guidelines. We also allow extra time between bookings for guests’ safety, unlike many cabin rentals.

Our hot tub is drained, sanitized and refilled after each family who uses the hot tub. We follow very strict safety guidelines put in place by the state of Tennessee.

- Please note that the community pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
