Smoky's Bunkhouse is approximately 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 15 minutes to Wears Valley.

Newly renovated secluded cabin with amazing views! This delightful 4 bedroom, 3 bath cabin with sleeping capacity of 12 is the perfect family destination for your next Smoky Mountain getaway. Step inside and you are greeted by total warmth and comfort with soothing natural wood tones & all of the comforts of home. Guests will enjoy our hot tub, high speed internet, flat screen TVs, & washer/dryer. This magical escape is just mins away from Pigeon Forge. A real gem!

The main level of Smoky's Bunkhouse provides you with a wonderful living room with large windows and deck to fully enjoy the view, brand new couch, loveseat, and TV.

Adjoining the living room is the fully equipped newly renovated kitchen and dining area where you can prepare, cook and serve your favorite meals, all from the comforts of your log cabin getaway in Sevierville. In the warmer months enjoy outdoor dining on the picnic table or just lounge in the log Adirondack chairs while enjoying the views.

On the main level of this cabin are two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms for you to enjoy.

Located on the lower level of this beautiful cabin rental is a spacious game room with a pool table, multicade, fireplace, and TV. The back room offers two bunk beds and a futon, plus an air hockey table and TV. There is also a bathroom with shower on this level, plus the laundry room.

The upper floor at Smoky's Bunkhouse is entirely dedicated to the third luxurious bedroom that features a king bed, log rocking chair, and new TV.

Smoky's Bunkhouse offers complimentary high speed WiFi, so unfortunately you will still be able to work ;).

Other Things to Note:
The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters, please do not interact with any wildlife.

-Maximum 2 Dogs are allowed with pet fee.
-Bears are dangerous

-The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per.

We do NOT offer refunds for power outage, weather, natural disasters, or other things beyond our control.

-Toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are not provided

Dogs (2 maximum) are allowed with a pet fee of $75 (includes 2 pets). But, if you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 per pet and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires inside or out! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

There is absolutely no smoking inside the cabin. An additional $200 fee will be charged for smoking that will go to additional cleaning.

There are cameras in place for your protection, if you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property. This is for your protection.

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin! We are real people with real jobs just like you!

This place worked out great for our families who wanted to visit Dollywood and the Smoky mountains. Great location, nice big space for the kids to play and all of us to eat at the dinner table.

Excellent Place to Stay in the Smokies!

Smokey’s Bunkhouse was the perfect place to stay for our multi-family trip to the Smokies. We had 3 families with kids ranging from 1 to 15 years old and it was a great fit for everyone! Close to town, Dollywood, WalMart, but secluded enough to feel far away. The property is very quiet. We loved the kids being able to sleep and play downstairs. Relaxing in the hot tub was great! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. You do have to walk through one bedroom and a shared bathroom to access another bedroom, but it didn’t cause an issue. Communication was great, cabin was clean and as described. Would stay again and would definitely recommend!

Great cabin

This property was very clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but also just a short drive from Dollywood. The space was perfect for our two families to have privacy and time together.

Babymoon/Friends Trip

Beautiful cabin in a nice private location. The layout is unusual but with family works well. The house was very clean, one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in and I’m very picky. And the owner was helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again. Location is also good for access to pigeon forge, gatlinburg and hiking trails.

Great overall experience

Overall pretty good experience might be priced a little higher compared to other comparable Lee priced houses that are larger in the same price range. Located in a moderately convenient location with Dollywood and other attractions within a short distance. Definitely would be interested in staying here in the future should I return trip to that area occur

Cabin and Manager were great!

I stayed here for 4 night with 9 friends, 10 people total. The property manager was very friendly and very easy to contact. The cabin was very clean. The checkout instructions were clear and very reasonable. We found the price great for what we got. We enjoyed being far enough away from the main road to feel like we had space to ourselves while also not being too far away for the days we wanted to go out and do stuff. The only thing I would mention is that the driveway is indeed very steep. We had no problem getting up and down it, but it is something you should be aware of if your vehicle doesn’t do well with steep roads. Regardless, me and my friends had zero problems and I would recommend staying here.

Almost ruined Spring Break! Be Aware Before Renting this Pproperty

We did not stay - did not even get our bags out of the car. Grass was knee high, landscaping (tiered planter) had hazardous metal pole and plate, wagon used for decoration in the yard was falling down and hazardous for smaller children to be around, surgical type gloves laying around, hot tub smelled and had a sandy substance in it. The bunk beds were not stable and shook when my grandchildren tried to get on them. There was a water leak in the basement floor. Mattresses had stains on them. Borer bees swarming the back entryway, decking needs stained, main entry door has rotting door jam, trim missing which exposed rot and other debris. Not a good experience at all. Property was not as represented on VRBO. Property owner was upset that we contacted VRBO customer service and kept sayin I wish you had contacted me first. He had his “third party” inspector look over the property and they said it was clean and in good order, even after we had sent pics of some of the issues. Nothing like being called a liar! Will be going through customer service to seek a refund since the property owner didn’t care and took our money for nothing! Thank goodness for a local agency that cares and has integrity that helped find us a suitable place to stay.
