The Lake side Retreat is stacked with everything you could want on vacation! The cabin is in the PERFECT location! A short 3-5 minute walk to the reservoir, a 10-15 minute drive to a public boat ramp and only 18 miles away from Pigeon Forge! We have enough parking for your boat!
This cabin is loaded with all the fun things to enjoy. Hot tub, pool table, arcade games, full poker table, air hockey, basketball, board games, grill, campfire, WI-FI, washer+dryer, fully stocked kitchen, the list is endless!

great place

my family and I stayed here for a few days to visit the sights around pigeon forge and surrounding areas. house was comfortable beds were as well and watching tv while hanging out in the hot tub after walking was awesome

16th Birthday

We stayed here for my daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends. They had a blast. Especially in the game room. I would definitely stay here again! My only recommendation would be to have a couple more mirror options. We had all girls so it was hard to get ready with taking runs in the mirror. Also to mow the lawn. The grass was quite high. Overall we loved our stay.

Disappointing

The house was nice, big and roomy. Many other aspects weren't so nice. The grass (weeds) had not been cut at all this season. Some growing up through the deck boards. No yard, nothing but weed, not to mention there was garbage present, a broken door, some other items that should have been thrown away, laying under the deck and in the yard. Spent an hour cutting weeds to get to the fire pit, with a pair of scissors. Fire pit lights didnt work. Two tv's didn't work. Dishwashed dishes were disgusting. I washed everything by hand. Tiny 2 inch bar of soap (already used) was supplied. Lights in different areas would flicker from time to time. Some weren't even on?? The pots and pans looked like they went to Goodwill and bought the cheapest they could fine. I washed anything we used before using. Residue and food on everything. Had an issue with the hot tub. That was fixed by the next day at least. Pool table was in bad shape, busted rails, broken pocket. Wet basement when it rained, mushroom growing out of bottom step in basement. Upstairs balcony furniture in bad shape. The firepit on the balcony needs propane supplied by the renter. Grill that was supplied wasn't clean or in the best shape. Wasps were everywere. We exterminated what we could. One of our members was highly allergic. All and all, we made the most of it, and enjoyed our stay the best we could. But, I feel the place was way over priced for what we got.

Nice size and lots of entertainment

Beautiful views. Fun game room. House needs attention-dead flies on window sills. Large/small plates, went to use & water poured out of them. No sink stopper to hand wash dishes. Dishwasher smelled like something died in it. Reported issue, said action would be taken but 0 happened. Light bulbs missing or burned out. Door in main bedroom to bathroom is a shower curtain = 0 privacy. Great amount of plates and bowls. Needs pans and bowls for serving food. Even two of the hot pads were burned all of the way through and fingers stick out. Very disappointing. I’ve never written a review like this in my life.

Weekend Retreat

House is really nice, you can see the Lake from the house but it is a good distance from the water. Ice cold air, nice grill and fire pit. Would stay again.

This house was great for us to stay for a staycation. The game room was amazing with so many game options and a huge hit with the kids. My only complaint with the house was the cleanliness (dusty, dirty baseboards, floors not super clean) . The house just needed a good deep cleaning, but that is an easy fix.
