Guest Safety & Cabin Policies
*Security cameras monitor select outdoor areas, including decks and entryways
*Pets: Up to 2 dogs permitted with approval, with rules and fees. Dogs cannot be left behind alone in cabin or locked behind a closed door unless crated. Dogs not allowed on furniture, including sofa,beds, and chairs. Dogs not allowed to dig in yard. Male dogs must be neutered; female dogs must be spayed. Dogs must be medicated with flea and tick preventives. No cats or birds.
*No smoking, vaping, or fireworks inside the cabin
*Maximum occupancy: 23 guests; exceeding results in additional charges or eviction
*Must be 25+ to rent; booking guest must be present during entire stay
*This cabin is located in the forest, so it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open might invite some of them in, despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest-control company to minimize encounters, but please note that refunds won't be provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters.
*Keep in mind that Sevierville is a rural area, and while our cabin is wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service or any services provided by the county. No refund for outages or less than optimal speed or content.
*Starter supplies: paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee pods, firewood, and kitchen basics
*Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer included
*Towels, linens, propane for grill, and hot tub supplies provided
*Fireplace is seasonal (mid-October to early May)
* You will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will require you to upload your license.
* A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure, pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge. This deposit will be collected via an Airbnb-approved third-party software.
* Guests use all amenities at their own risk; a fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink
