Cabin was very nice, great amenities. Everything was as described in the ad. Location was great, close to everything. Plenty of room for everyone. Host was was great as well. Can't wait to plan another trip.

Very upsetting to pay a cleaning fee and it not be clean upon arrival for our stay. Lots of broken items and bowel movement smeared on the floor. The hot tub smelled like mold and not a drop of chlorine in it. Cute cabin but it needs some TLC.

Had to ask for access code to enter cabin, air conditioner not working upon arrival! Called service man, waited for repairman. Would not consider high end as advertised! Dirty socks found from previous guests! Water hose for hit tub just left laying around the deck, no cover on the electrical box nearby. Not enough towels, closets contents are literally just thrown all over, vacuum left behind door, not even cord wound up- not considered high end at all! Location nice, would stay at different cabin in the future.

My family of 6 enjoyed our week here! The owners were very helpful. When one of my children messed with the thermostat and shocked the system. The owner was vigilant and had someone come out and remedy the situation even though it was late at night. Can't recommend this cabin enough. Will definitely be coming back

Nice Family Cabin

We enjoyed our stay here. There are some things that could be updated in the cabin, but overall it was very clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and wanted to ensure we had a great experience. Location is great as well- a secluded, mountain view, but only a couple miles from the main strip.

Mountain getaway

Wonderful view. Peaceful. Had an awesome time in the hot tub. Grandson enjoyed the game room. Shopping and restaurants not far off at all. The cabin was extremely clean.

Family Weekend

Wonderful cabin and location!!! Had everything we needed and was close to everything yet far enough out we felt like we were the only ones there. Felt very safe and right at home.

Needs a lot of TLC

Had to ask for the entry code when we arrived, was not informed before arrival. The outside stair rail was broken off(they did come and fix) not enough towels and they argued that they left them when they cleaned.( we had 4) Couldn’t use closets because when you open the doors stuff fell out at you, looked like everything was just thrown in. There isn't an air hockey like is pictured upstairs and the couch(pullout bed) wasn't even put together, they had just thrown sheets over the top, the twin bed needs a mattress not unless you like sleeping on springs. The deck band board is coming apart from the actual deck, you can see the complete nails not attached to anything, the owner needs to know about this for repairs, not safe to use deck or hot tub for that matter. we were gone most of the time and only saw the deck a day before we left.I did ask if the cabin would be decorated for Christmas and was told yes, but the only decoration was a wreath on the front door and a miniature tree on the mantel.

We had to make calls to get code to get in the house. Rail is broken on steps. Tiny parking space. 3 spoons in kitchen. Bathroom entry’s are inside bedrooms.

Family vacation

Overall we had a good stay. The parking was a tad difficult. After a note from the neighbor we just made due. The internet was in and out. The upstairs pull out couch was broken. So those things were just annoying. But livable. The worst part was the air went out on our last night. I understand things happen. But it was a miserably hot way to end our trip. We ended up not being able to sleep and leaving at 4:00am for a ten hour trip home.

Very nice well mantained property- had a minor issue upon arrival- owner had great prompt communication-with a maintence person there within minutes. Canin is not far from pigeon forge- but far enough out that it is away from the hussle and bussle in a very nice gated community. We will definately be back- hot tub was amazing- little arcade game was alot of fun- wrap around porch was great!

Great location

Wonderful location as we were in town for Cal Ripken baseball. The whole team stayed in this neighborhood and it was close to everything, but still felt isolated from the bustle of Pigeon Forge. Very responsive host, clean cabin, and the game room/loft kept the kids entertained.

Overall Good Stay

The cleanliness could have been better. It wasn’t dirty by any means but didn’t have the clean sparkle. Most areas of the cabin seemed outdated and the porch furniture was not clean. We had to use the water hose to rinse them off. The trees are overgrown and could not access the trash bins. Poison Ivy growing between wood slats on porch that we also washed away as some in our group was very allergic. We had an enjoyable stay, but some up keeping would help the appearance.
