Welcome to Beary Family Retreat by RevitaRetreats! Nestled in the hills, this private cabin boasts soothing views with luscious greenery. Take a dip in the hot tub or challenge your friends & family to a game of pool, foosball or enjoy 1000s of arcade games solo or against a friendly competitor! Our cabin is the perfect place to create memories!

★ Located in a quiet neighborhood, the spacious cabin has ample space for entertainment, cooking, dining and sleeping.

★ Main Level - Living Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom with King Bed, Bathroom, Deck with Hot tub
★ Upper Level - Loft Bedroom with Queen Bed, Bathroom
★ Lower Level - Entertainment space with 65" TV, Arcade, Pool Table, Foosball Table, Bunk Bed, Deck

★ The spacious kitchen comes equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, microwave, dual drip and k-cup coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and a full size fridge. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils and drinkware.

★ Fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towel and bar soaps are provided. Fast Wi-Fi rated up to 400 MBPS.

★ EV friendly. Level 2 outlet (240 V) available at the cabin. No need to worry about traveling to charging stations. Just remember to bring your charging cable.

★ Parking at the cabin is on level ground (which is not the case with all cabins in the area!) Drive to the cabin is through hilly roads but nothing too crazy. 2 wheel drive cars are fine during summer but 4 wheel is advised during winter months.

Other things to note:
- You may occasionally see bears near the cabin. Please maintain safe distance. Do not leave food in the car. Lock your car. Bears can open unlocked car doors.
- You may see and hear critters. Part of being in the mountains.
- One exterior video and audio recording flood light motion-activated camera is located near the front door.
- Fireplace is available Nov 1st to Mar 31st in accordance with the weather.
- Travel insurance is advised.

Nice cozy cabin. It was the perfect distance between Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge. We were able to go into town come back for lunch and got back out. Nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was great, the host was great, and roads were challenging. Great place to stay with a family. My family has two younger boys and they loved the house. Great spot between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I would definitely stay at this house again as well as any other homes that this host has. We had a non-host related concern come up while we were there and he was a great resource to help us out.

Upon arrival Saturday we found light bulbs missing throughout, dirty toilet seat, chipped glasses and kitchen utensils with dried food on them. All of the remotes were battery low. Reached out to the owner who responded promptly advising someone would be out on Monday, which was fine. Never knew if someone was coming but when we arrived back the light bulbs were replaced in the kitchen and the remote in the living room was sitting on the table next to another remote we had never seen. The bulbs replaced in the kitchen were left on top of the cabinets along with a set of tongs that must have been used to replace the lights. Tuesday evening our son wanted to take a bath. It was found that we had no hot water so we reached out to the host, who again promptly responded. Telling us it would be Wednesday to get someone out or we could check the breaker and advise where it was. While waiting my husband checked the water heater closet and to his surprise, found 3 dead mice. Again, advised the host who said he would have someone come out and remove them. Wednesday morning maintenance arrived but the water heater was already working fine. When asked about the mice, he knew nothing about them. He went and contacted the host and came back in and removed them. He said he would see if the host would approve someone to come out and clean but that did not happen. It was a disappointment in the experience of the cabin. The host was responsive but 3 dead mice isn’t a fluke, it’s a problem.

We had a very good time we had a pool table for the rainy days with fooseball and arcade game. On the pretty days we had a hot tub tub that was hot and clean and house was very clean and the host was great with getting us checked in.

We loved our stay at the cabin. My kids (8 & 10) slept downstairs on the bunk beds. They were able to keep themselves entertained downstairs, while the adults slept. The location was great. GPS said Dollywood was 23 minutes away, but I felt like the drive was faster. We cooked breakfast every morning and hot dogs/hamburgers one night. We had everything we needed to cook. The cabin was also clean and beds were comfy. Overall, it was a great little getaway place.

Great stay and Great location! Cabin is exactly as stated. Multiple ways in depending where you are going and/or coming from. The roads on the way in on the last 5 to 15 minutes can be a little treacherous, depending on weather and traffic. A few steep roads and turns on the way up. If there is a wreck on the strip in pigeon Forge or on the gap between pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, GPS tends to send people on these roads. Not at the cabin itself but on the roads on the way into the cabin. Peaceful and not a lot of traffic once at the cabin. Friendly reminder. Just like we told our neighbors you are in the woods. Make sure there’s no food or any sweet drinks in your car as there is a good chance you will see some furry visitors and they don’t discriminate when it comes to vehicles.

This place is beautiful! The hot tub is great! Wifi is fast! Pool table down stairs. Very quite. It is a bit of a fun drive up just take it slow and you'll be just fine.
