Perfect Spring Break Vacation

Perfect package deal vacation!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was very well equipped and decorated. We enjoyed the stay here. The location was close town, but far enough away to be peaceful and enjoy a mountain view.

Beautiful Home - Wonderful Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful and great! Perfect location for us. Just outside Pigeon Forge headed to Gatlinburg. Roads were very comfortable to drive to it. I would recommend new pots and pans for the unit and better pest control.

Great location and memories with the fam!

This cabin is in a great location and is accurately depicted in the listing. My family and I had a great time. My son especially enjoyed the arcade machine and the pool. I’d recommend!

Great stay, but come prepared

Everything was great and as was listed. We came for a cheer competition so there were two families/4 kids. We were able to cook, have family time, get in the pool/hot tub. I do suggest adding to the listing that guests should bring certain things that they might usually find in the home (i.e. spices and cooking oil, logs for the fire pit). Cooking items are hit or miss as some owners don't feel comfortable keeping a "take some/leave some" kind of pantry, but the fire logs were a must to utilize the fire pit, but we couldn't find any locally. It would be really nice if a couple were provided, or again, make sure folks know to bring it ahead of time.

Very nice

Family vacation in the Smokies

This was a great place to spend time as a family. Luxury amenities at an affordable price and everything you could ask for in a VRBO. Great location, clean, pictures in the listing are 100% accurate. Property managers responded to all concerns or questions within minutes. Would highly recommend!

BOOK IT!

Beautiful home away from home! Perfect location smack between DT Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is nestled in the middle of a small community which was very quiet and peaceful. My husband wanted to see a bear while we were there, but he had to settle for a raccoon and some lighting bugs. Although the stairs were not a huge issue for our party, if you have folks that can't navigate stairs this might not be ideal. There is a bedroom/bathroom on the main floor, 2 bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs, and the pool/hot tub/fire pit are down a flight of stairs.

Good location

LIKE: The location is great not far from the excitement. DISLIKE: When booking for this cabin I didn't see it mentioned having wood roaches which I seen some small babies roaches and I didn't like that! If I would aeen that I wouldn't stay there because I don't live with roaches and the cost of the place no one else should live with them either.

Great Cabin

Great cabin and we enjoyed our stay! There were communication issues from management through email and VRBO. We were not able to access any free activities offered during our stay due to check in portal not working properly with any of our details for our stay. It would be better if check-in details, door codes, details were also emailed and not just on an App you have to download to your phone. Bright side, Maintenance was very helpful.

July 2022 Stay

The overall experience was ok. There was a few things that needed some attention, in bedroom 1 and 2 on the 3rd floor the shower curtains was not clean. whom ever they have as housekeeping need to do better with cleaning, especially during a pandemic. The cleaning service just do the bare minimum and that isn't enough. The location was awesome to all that we needed fir the four days of our stay. I will give this location a 3 star, upgrade your cleaning service I stayed fir four days and paid over 4thousand dollars just expected a cleaner experience during a pandemic.

Splashing and relaxin cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is nice. As you walk in the sewer spells hits you. The cabin was clean. There was dirty wash clothes in the washing machine. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the knives were put back used. Bedding was clean and beds were nice. Could use a box of Kleenex and dish towels to wash dishes and wipe up countertops and table. Tried to leave it as clean as possible using paper towels. No coffee sugar nothing. Think about your guests. Maybe a pool towel to use or for the hot tub. It was a nice place but nothing that says we are happy you are here and we went above and beyond. As basic as it comes. No warm and fuzzy.

Great stay but…….

Overall, loved the property and enjoyed the stay. The kids loved the pool. It was nice and spacious for 3 adults and 4 kids. Very clean upon arrival! Perfect location near all of the touristy spots. The only thing that I had a difficult time with pertained to payment. In the beginning, Bear Tracts accidentally took 3 final payments from my account. They said it was a glitch and returned the 2 extra accidental charges. After our stay, they never returned our deposit. They told me it should take at most 20 days before the money is returned. I patiently waited and contacted them back and still never received. There were no holds on my account and should not have been any reason why I never received my money. Thank God I was able to put in a dispute with my credit card and my money was eventually returned. So again, other than the business/money part, I really enjoyed the accommodations that this company provided. Hopefully, this is corrected for future guest!!

Definitely not very clean

Check in process was very simple. Cabin was nice, but not clean. After taking off our shoes upon arrival, our feet and socks were black with dirt. It was pretty gross. There was a hair tie in the shower, mysterious liquid down the wall in the stairwell, and pee on the toilet in the master. We were locked out of our cabin at 1 am until somebody inside woke up because the key pad quit working. I texted the number to no avail. Finally I called hours later and he talked about the situation like he knew what I was talking about but he hadn’t even bothered to text me back? We wasted our entire day waiting on a text back, when come to find out he could send maintenance without us being there. The pool is way smaller than it looks in the picture and pool room smells sickening, especially if you accidentally open the wrong door looking for the bathroom. (The pool maintenance room smells sickening.) Overall do not recommend this cabin.
