A Bears Haven is the perfect getaway being just minutes from the Pigeon Forge area attractions, all the shopping you would want to do and close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This beautiful cabin offers 3 bedrooms, a home theater, game room, wrap-around covered decks with hot tub and a fire pit!

The paved flat driveway will park 3 cars and motorcycles comfortably.

Entering the cabin you will have a bedroom on the right featuring a queen bed, large flat screen HDTV, dresser and closet. Across the hall is a full bathroom with tub/shower. As you walk on down the hall you will find the open-plan fully equipped kitchen with bar counter and a dining area with ample seating for the everyone. The living room features comfortable leather furniture, including a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, a large, flat screen HDTV, cable package with 100+ channels including ESPN and Wi-Fi. Doors off of the dining area and living area lead out onto the wraparound deck with ample seating and a hot tub.

Upstairs you will find a master bedroom offering a king bed, a large flat screen HDTV, a jetted tub for two, and a full bathroom.

The lower level is all about the fun starting with a home theater, game room and access to the spacious deck. The theater room offers a sleeper sofa and cinema style seating and a 60 Inch flat screen HDTV. The game room offers a pool table, an arcade, and pub table. For added convenience there is also a closet with stackable washer and dryer.

The spacious bedroom features a Queen Bunk, a large flat-screen HDTV and a full bathroom. There is also an extra flat-screen for use with any gaming systems or streaming devices that you want to bring.

Enjoy a cook-out on the charcoal BBQ grill or gather around the nearby fire pit while listening to the sounds of nature.

Upon arrival we noticed that the AC was not working properly. We noticed animal poop in the upstairs jacuzzi tub. After looking around we discovered poop all over the main floor and couches. Some of it had been smushed in as though something stepped or laid on it. It looked like the cabin had been unoccupied for a while so housekeeping came in and only cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. The bedding was dusty and there was a layer of dust on the remotes, end tables, headboards, etc. While we were waiting to hear back from the cabin rental we heard something scrurrying around up the stairs a few times and found droplets of blood that hadn’t completely dried. After 2 hours of being hot and fussing at my two young children not to walk around barefoot or sit on the couches, we were told that someone was on the way to clean and pest control wouldn’t be there until the next day. We decided we did not feel comfortable staying there. As we were loading up our car one lady showed up at 7pm to clean. I had to reach out Sunday and Monday to request a refund. Management never bothered to follow up with me. When I requested a refund I was told that the problem had been resolved because pest control laid out traps even though they had NOT caught the animal. I had to reach out to my credit card company to get my money back. I’m very disappointed in our experience with this cabin rental. We had a significantly better stay with Heartland Cabins. I have more photos but can only upload 8.

Great stay!

The location is great to all the things Pigeon Forge! The drive is easy and the cabin is exactly as described. Our teen loved the pool table in the basement and all the kids loved the video games. Super easy to communicate with the owner. Would love to stay here again!

Great Cabin, Great Location, Fun Weekend!

Our family stayed at Bear Haven for a long weekend trip to Dollywood. We loved the cabin and had a great time. The cabin was close to everything we wanted to do and was an easy drive to and from town. We had 6 adults and 2 children (4 & 6) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs activity room was a huge hit with the pool table and the arcade game! The hot tub was a favorite as well. We really enjoyed out stay.

Family Vacation 2024

My husband and I rent a condo/house/cabin each year for our big family vacation and this year we decided on Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. This cabin was wonderful for our family of 11! 3 levels allowed each family unit to spread out a little and the pool table and arcade game system allowed kids to have a wonderful time while at the cabin! Management communication was excellent. Excellent kitchen stocked with everything I needed to cook a few meals while there too! And I loved how many towels and linens we had so I didn’t have to do laundry too often. Its location is definitely a plus as it’s in the mountains but a quick 10 minute drive to everything in Pigeon Forge. We attended the Pirate Dinner Theater Show and drove over to the Biltmore one day. Other days we drove up to New Found Gap and Cades Cove. Kids loved the Dig Zone in Seveirville where toddlers can operate real equipment like excavators and skid steers! It rained the day we were going to do Splash Country but we were really close to those parks as well. Several in our group said this was the best vacation yet with our group!

Great cabin and location

Everything was great. Would suggest lighting in the driveway, hard to see out there at dark and the basement stairs are slick, really needs some no slip pad things on them, had a few mishaps going down. 😂 overall highly recommend this cabin. Great location, close to everything.

Lovely location, really. close to Pidgeon Forge and Dollywood. Great to have 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen well-supplied, used the gas fireplace and the firepit outside was convenient. The downstairs sleeping was super chilly, the middle floor was perfect, but the top floor was extremely warm. They had plenty of blankets and had some heaters. If you stay here, bring your own kitchen scrubbers and hotpads. Some pans need to be replaced and there should be better lighting in dining area. Actually there was no lighting there.

A great way to vacation in the Smokies

This was our first time staying in a cabin instead of hotel rooms/suites and it was so much nicer for our family. Especially to be able to make enjoy our own food and have so much space for games and movies. The things I will remember next time that I didn't think of: salt and pepper, a kitchen sponge and dish soap, and coffee filters. There were plenty of towels, t.p. and paper towels though i did bring extra of those.

Best trip ever!

Let me just say this was probably the best vacation we've ever had. The people at Bear Tracts were really amazing. The whole process was very well thought out and just really easy for us to navigate through. Oh, and the cabin was everything that the pictures portrayed it to be. Plenty of room to spread out and had some nice amenities. We will definitely be staying again. Awesome trip!

Home away from home

We truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect, and arrival was seamless. We were close to all the fun activities and shopping. Downtown Gatlinburg was oh so close too! Great location and just all around great stay!!!

Wonderful Family Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our extended family for spring break! Everything matched the listing description and the hosts provided all the amenities to make our week-long stay feel like home. We had four adults and seven kids (ages 8 months-14 yrs) and the cabin setup was perfect for all ages to hang out and have fun while little ones had a quiet place to sleep if needed. The location was quiet and felt secluded while still being within minutes of downtown pigeon forge. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this cabin to everyone!

Spring break getaway 2022

The communication with the property owners and management was incredible. They were prompt, friendly and very accommodating! The house was clean and beautiful! We enjoyed the views and all the amenities, especially the hot tub. Plenty of sleeping for the eight of us and so many memories made. Thank you for a wonderful week!

GREAT FAMILY VACATION

The cabin was just as in the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and made great memories. We had some items that needed to be taken care of upon our arrival, and the property manager came the next morning and took care of it. The ice maker did not work, and the mattress on the main floor may need to be replaced, since it is very uncomfortable, as per my daughter and her husband, who slept on that bed. All in all we loved the cabin and it's easy access. The Christmas tree was a nice touch!

Great weekend

Very nice cabin, just as described. No issues with property. Good communication throughout. Easy drive to town with paved roads and no major hills to deal with but still felt like you were in the woods!

Not a good experience

We recently stayed here for two nights. We arrived at the cabin at 5pm (check-in was at 4) to find the cabin had not been cleaned yet. We called the manager and he apologized and said the cleaning crew were on their way. We went out to eat and came back around 7 to discover no one had arrived yet. When we called the manager this time he told us "to be patient because there were other cabins that hadn't been cleaned yet." He also wanted to remind us this was "not a hotel" so their cleaners had to travel across town. By the time they arrived, they cleaned for around 35 minutes and we had to relocate to other parts of the cabin as they worked around us. My young kids who were ready for bed who not happy at all. Needless to say, this was NOT how we wanted to start a vacation. The manager told us there was a computer glitch that led to the cabin not being cleaned. While I understand there may have been some technology issues, there should have been a Plan B to ensure the house was clean, linens changed, towels available, etc. Overall the cabin was pretty nice. I loved the hot tub (even though it wasn't ready at arrival) and the rocker and swing on the back porch. Kids loved the downstairs game room section. The location was good and the Christmas tree was a nice touch. The beds on the other hand were horrible. This was true for multiple beds at the location. I've never slept in a more uncomfortable bed before. Not only was it lumpy, it was also lopsided. The lighting in the kitchen/dining area could also be improved as it gets pretty dim at night in these areas. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because they did refund us some attraction tickets and $100 on our reservation. Not a good experience overall.

Nice cabin

The ease of check in and check out here was good and we appreciated the paper supplies. Enjoyed the hot tub and the basement rec area and bedroom were nice! It was a good proximity to a lot of activities on the parkway, wooded lot. However, cabin was very close to other homes-so the first night we heard a lot of noise from an adjoining house. The three bedrooms were also stacked right on top of each other, and with wood floors in the upstairs masters room, it was very noisy in the main story bedroom. Overall nice stay-thank you!

Motorcycle mecca for guys and shopping mecca for the ladies.

We had 3 motorcycling guys with our spouses for a week in the cabin. The driveway fit a 20 ft trailer. It took a little maneuvering but it, the truck and another car fit. The check consisted of entering about 10 digits to unlock the door. The cabin was clean and neat. There are 3 bedrooms, one on each floor. The main floor layout was perfect for us. We spent every evening in the hot tub planning our evening after a day of cycling and shopping. There is something for everyone in the area. The beds were comfy. Overall we were more than satisfied with our stay. Recommend
