Fawn Cottage is a Tiny Home in Wears Valley!

Fawn Cottage is a Tiny Home! It may be only 400 sq ft but it packs all the amenities that you need for your stay in the Smoky Mountains. This Tiny Home has a small fire ring outside with a park grill and a picnic table so you can enjoy the outdoors. You can also relax on the deck and listen to the frogs in the nearby creek. As you go inside the Tiny Home to the left of the front door there is wrap around seating with a dinning table. The TV is located above the table. The couch and coffee table is to the right of the door. Walking straight into the Tiny Home is the kitchen that is fully stocked with all items to eat in if you so desire. There is a hall closet to hang clothing or to store away your luggage. The bathroom has a stand up shower (no tub). The bedroom has a king bed and more storage. In the living room take the stairs up to a loft where there is also a king mattress and TV (the overall head room is 3 feet) it would be an idea spot for young children or your teenagers. At the top of the stairs on the left is a small storage area for the loft area.

Great spot and tiny house

We love staying in tiny houses and this one didn’t disappoint. Great lay out and location with proximity to everything but not overcrowded like some places. Pool is off property but that was fine. One issue with the emails from management said check in was 4pm and then a different email said it was 3pm. Not a major issue

Anniversary getaway

Our stay was great! Loved the tiny home. However, I would suggest that they have a guest welcome book that explains all the remote controls. They also need to install some sort of lamp in the master bedroom And hang a mirror on the wall. They would be helpful when reading at night and getting ready with multiples people together.

Fantastic stay in Wears Valley

I stayed for a week at this cabin and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly, the cabin was clean, and the location was really convenient - far enough outside of Pigeon Forge that there wasn’t as much traffic but close to the park and some really good places to eat. There’s also a Dollar General next to the property, which was convenient. The only area I didn’t give 5 stars to was the description. I was under the impression that it was fully stocked kitchen, but to me it was missing some key elements (e.g., mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoon, box grater, vegetable peeler, etc.) to be fully stocked. That said, it was still a great experience, and I would absolutely stay there again.

3 day getaway

Loved the view & all the little stores are down the street. Property was fine, downstairs bed was super hard. I could not sleep in it. Shower curtain must of cost $1 at dollar tree. We could of used a couple of steak knives. Very quiet. Overall good. Maybe they should switch the upstairs mattress to the downstairs, because it was wayyy more comfortable.

Great Stay

We created many memories inside and outside of our tiny cabin. Our little one would have rather stayed at the cabin than to go and do things. We have stayed many places and both my husband and myself agreed that this was one of the best places we have stayed. When we plan our next trip this place will likely be where we stay again!

Beautiful place and beautiful location

Over house was great. When we arrived, heat and A/C units were tripped out on an E1 error code. I reset the power to the units to reset the codes, which most people would know to do. They tripped again about 45 minutes later. I called the office to let them know and they said that it’s because both air handlers must be set to the same temperature and setting. Asked them that if it continued to be an issue, if they could move us to a vacant place? Didn’t even say we will see what we can do, have someone look at if, nothing. About the settings, yes they have to both be set to heat or AC at the same time, but the same temperature is BS. They purposely make dual zone mini-splits to maintain separate rooms at what ever temperature is desired. Anyways, the unit tripped in the middle of the night with temps in the 30’s-40’s. Sent them an email about the issue first thing that morning, no response, no apologies or anything. If I didn’t do AC work for a living, I wouldn’t have known to keep resetting power to the system just to get it to work for an hour at a time. Also, Hot water is limited, so I wouldn’t plan for more than 2-3 people to stay there. Management/owners obviously don’t care to move you to one of the many vacant buildings they had if you do have an issue. Beautiful place itself though.

Decent, Could’ve been better

When we arrived, the home had not been clean yet from the previous renters. I was able to go to the house and let them know and they were able to get that situated. Upon return realized the bed sheet, cover and pillow case had a stain on it. Bed downstairs was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Tub is clogged along with only getting 10 minutes of hot water for a shower which wasn’t so good being that it was a family trip so more than myself had to shower. Overall, my son enjoyed himself for his 4th birthday, just the cleanness wasn’t the best

Staying in the a tiny home exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for 2 people. Very clean, enough towels provided. The only negative was not enough hot water-2 showers and ran out of hot water-didn't take as long as we normally would.

Great location and peaceful

We absolutely loved everything about this tiny home. The location was perfect with a great Mountain View. Just a short drive to town and all of the attractions. We will definitely choose this property again. This might seem to be nitpicking, but the ceiling fan in the bedroom truly needs to be cleaned. Lying in bed and looking up to see a half inch of dust on that thing was a shock when everything else was so neat and tidy. Again this is minor and we still loved the place. Thanks for a great stay.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. A few things different would have made the stay more pleasant

I stayed for a week with my partner, and we both agreed the stay was overall mostly pleasant. We both decided we would visit again, however, a few things would have made it more pleasant and enjoyable. The positives were that the tiny house was pleasantly located in a good area, not too far from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville. There was ample space for storage, and the mountains were very beautiful which made a very wonderful view in the background. The shower and bathroom were very decently sized, and very comfortable. The bed in the loft area was very comfortable and decently sized. The washer and dryer that were provided did an adequate job and the cooking materials provided made it easy to cook meals while we were there. What we both agreed could be improved on was that the bed in the downstairs main bedroom could’ve been more comfortable, and we decided to move upstairs into the loft after the third day because we found the bed up there to be more comfortable. There were some cobwebs upon arrival that were missed and it was somewhat bothersome to us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and we both decided we will return in the future.

Relaxing in the Smokies

My family and I absolutely loved this Tiny House with plenty of space for our family of four! The full size appliances and washer/dryer were an added bonus. The information shared online is 100% accurate. Very clean and managed! We will be back to stay again!

Excellent stay

Had a great stay. Property was just as described online. There is a washer and dryer in this unit. This was the only thing the description didnt specifically describe. NOT complaining just wouldnt have brought so many clothes had I known I could do laundry. 😉
