The space
Experience the classic Smoky Mountain cabin experience with warm wood interiors, vaulted ceilings, exposed timber details, and plenty of space for everyone to settle in.

The open main living area brings together the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it easy to prepare meals, watch movies, play games, or spend time together. Relax beside the stone-faced electric fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or enjoy a quiet evening after a full day of exploring.

Upstairs, the spacious loft provides a second living and entertainment area, making it especially convenient for families traveling with children or teenagers.

Outside, the wraparound deck offers several places to relax and enjoy the peaceful wooded surroundings. Start the morning with coffee in a rocking chair, share dinner outdoors, or finish the night with a soak in the private hot tub.

The cabin accommodates a maximum of eight registered guests.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The cabin is located in the peaceful wooded setting of Douglas Lake Resort in Sevierville, Tennessee.

Spend the day boating, fishing, swimming, or exploring the many attractions of the Smoky Mountains. After a day of adventure, return to the cabin for dinner on the grill, games in the loft, and a relaxing evening in the private hot tub.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Maximum occupancy is eight guests.
• Parking is limited to three vehicles.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Only registered guests are allowed at the property.
• The pool, boat dock, boat ramp, playground, and clubhouse are shared resort amenities.
• Community amenities may be seasonal or temporarily unavailable.
• Boats and trailers must follow Douglas Lake Resort parking rules.
• Children must be supervised around the loft, decks, hot tub, pool and lake.
• The cabin is located in a wooded mountain area, so guests may occasionally encounter insects or wildlife.


HOUSE RULES

Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.

• Maximum of eight guests
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin
• No unauthorized guests
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Maximum of three vehicles
• Do not move indoor furniture
• Children must be supervised around the loft and hot tub
• Guests must follow all Douglas Lake Resort rules
• Place all trash in the designated containers
• Leave the cabin reasonably clean and secure all doors when departing

Guests have private access to the entire cabin and will enter using a convenient keyless entry system.
Your personalized entry code will be provided before arrival.
Guests may also use the Douglas Lake Resort community amenities during the resort's published operating seasons and hours.
