This brand-new beautifully decorated cabin has it all to make you feel at home the minute you step in - private heated pool, hot tub, fireplace, theatre room, game room, pool table, arcade, 8 TVs, etc.

The cabin is located in SaddleBack Ridge Community surrounded by panoramic views. Cabin is easy to access on paved roads (no steep roads!) with private parking for up to four cars (2 standard cars can be parked in the garage and 2 cars can be parked outside).

PERFECT LOCATION...3.1 miles to Convention Center, 3.5 miles to Soaky Mtn Waterpark, 4.5 miles to Tanger Outlets. AND Only 8 miles to DOLLYWOOD!!

NOTE: THIS CABIN IS ONLY DOG FRIENDLY. NO OTHER KINDS OF PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Pet Dogs - The pet fee is $229 for up to 2 dogs, each 75 lbs or less. Please make sure to add your pets when booking so that you can pay the pet fee.

Note: The pool is heated to a temp of 84-86 degrees and the pool room temp is set to 82-84 degrees depending on the time of year. Please note that it will not feel like a hot tub that is over 100 degrees. The pool is just warm enough where you can swim all year. These are the optimal settings to keep everything working properly.

House Rules

We're excited to welcome you! Please take a moment to review these important house rules to help ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay:

1. Age Requirement
All guests must be 21 or older, except for children accompanied by their parents.

2. Pet Policy
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs (max 75 lbs each) are allowed with a $229 pet fee. No other pets are permitted. Bringing unapproved animals may result in a $175 fine and possible removal from the property.

3. Sneaking in Pets
If pets are brought without approval or payment, an extra $175 fee will apply on top of the $199 pet fee.

4. Indoor Pool Rules
– The pool is 4 feet deep. No diving allowed.
– Guests must be 25+ to use the pool unsupervised. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
– Use at your own risk.

5. Hot Tub Rules
– The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only.
– Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover.
– Use at your own risk.

6. No Alcohol or Glass in the Pool Area
No drinking or glassware is allowed in or around the pool.

7. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the cabin is strictly prohibited. A $1000 fine will apply for violations.

8. Security Camera
For your safety, there is one camera outside the main entrance. Do not tamper with or disconnect it, including the Wi-Fi. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the property.

9. Wildlife Notice
This cabin is nestled in nature—you may hear or see insects and animals. Keep windows and doors closed to minimize encounters.
If you see a bear, do not approach or feed it. Stay away—they can be dangerous.

10. No Refunds for Uncontrollable Events
We do not issue refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control.

11. No Open Flames
Candles and open fires are not allowed. Unauthorized fires will result in a $100 fine plus the cost of any damages.

12. Arrival & Departure Times
Early check-in or late check-out is not permitted. If it occurs, a $50/hour fee will apply.

13. No Parties or Events
This is not a party cabin. Gatherings or events are not allowed. Our housekeepers take time-stamped photos before and after each stay.

14. Grill Use
Please remember to turn off the gas after using the barbecue grill.

15. Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

16. Host Availability
We are available to assist you between 9 AM and 10 PM daily. Responses outside those hours may be delayed.
