Perfect cabin for a getaway! Nice and quiet, but super convenient to everything! Check in is a piece of cake. The views were beautiful, with no sounds of traffic. Feels like the middle of nowhere while still being within 10 minutes of town! Will definitely stay again!
The cabin was super clean and really easy to find everything. The location was easy to get in and out of and the road was good. Overall it was good cabin to stay in and I would recommend staying here
This was the perfect cabin for our honeymoon. It was tucked back in the woods and had a wonderful view of the mountains. It was about 15 mins from Gatlinburg. I would most definitely come back!
We loved this cabin! It has all you need and is super close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Easy to get to and great secluded view! We loved getting free attraction tix. They are super easy to work with regarding that! Also the host had great communication as we extended our stay and we’re able to figure that out. Definitely recommend!

Amenities were very lack luster. Toilet paper was single ply and scratchy, I've used better TP in gas station restrooms. The upstairs smart TV didn't work and the mattress and pillows were all low quality and not comfortable. No essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, or coffee (which they do tell you in advance so I guess that's something). I would NOT recommend staying at any of the Smoky Mountain Chalet Rentals if this is how they managae all of their properties. The only ammentities they did offer were cleaning supplies to ensure you leave it tidy when heading out! Disappointing experience, esp for the price paid.
the property had a good location was a good size for a couple. it was located between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg (great location). I would recommend updating the bed/tv and some of the appliances. All in all i would recommend this cabin to others for trip to area
very nice and will definitely book again ! only con is the lovely windows :( need to have access to close blinds at the top because the sun shines in at the crack of dawn ! but otherwise really enjoyed our stay !
This cabin is definitely ideal for that short getaway you've been planning. Not too far from everywhere you'd want to visit in the area. As with any mountain trips, be well advised on the weather as access to this cabin will require extra work during ice and snow because the hill is very steep. The cabin itself is private and secluded enough to feel like you have your very own mountain paradise. It was a lovely adventure and I would return.
I can’t say enough about this cabin! We really enjoy our stay! Everything was clean and ready for us. Was pet friendly! Mountain View! Hot tub was great! Very pirate, you can’t see other cabins! Which I loved. But only a short drive to everything food, shopping and a grocery store! Making reservations to return next year. Thank you! Mr, Tim for a great vacation and beautiful cabin… See you next year!

Last time
Couch was sagging and old and unacceptable. Uncomfortable as well. Very limited seating. Tv stations and size of tvs poor.
Bliss cabin is a perfect getaway for a vacation to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, it's a perfect location right between both towns. The location has beautiful views and it's private. It was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and we loved that it was pet friendly. We enjoyed the pool table and Jacuzzi. It's clear they use good pest services as the few bugs that made it in from the balcony door died instantly.
Some things have been updated since original listing like granite countertop in the bathroom, new bed duvet and linens, wire on balcony railing instead of wood slats, and different chair than pictured.
Some things seemed a little outdated, like the couch and living room carpet looked worn and had holes but we didn't mind too much as it's a cabin and overall very clean.
The free tickets included through Xplorie was a nice touch.
We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cabin for anyone wishing to relax and enjoy beautiful views of the smoky mountains.

Not as pictured
We were disappointed in Bliss. The outside looks nothing at all like the photos on VRBO. In fact, we weren’t even sure if we were at the right cabin when we got there. The photos show a very cleared area all around the cabin but what we found was a tremendous amount of overgrowth which only allowed about a 10 foot path around the property. Since it’s listed as pet friendly, this left us with very little area to walk our dogs. We had to go up the driveway to find some grass in an area we (and our dogs) wouldn’t fall or roll down.
And speaking of falling down, the front steps need tread on them! It was rainy on our first morning there and when we went to leave to sight see, my husband slipped on them and down he went (and he had well-tractioned shoes on). Nothing was broken but he was left with several huge bruises down his back and rear.
The kitchen was not stocked with much and the furniture is not very comfortable but there is a pool table (which we didn’t have time to use).
The stairs leading up to the bedroom (which is a loft) can also be slick since they’re polished wood.
I will say that the inside of the cabin was very clean and actually did look like the VRBO photos.
If you like seclusion, then this cabin would work. It just was not what we were expecting (or needed) so we ended up finding other lodging.

Disappointed
Overall the stay was very nice. Booking was easy. We did have a few serious issues with our stay though.
1.) the view is significantly different than what is posted. I have photos of the current view and it’s not even comparable to what is listed.
This was the most disappointing.
It seems as if the view of another cabin was listed under bliss… even the fence railing and hot tub are different. I had booked this specific spot based on the view so I’m sure you could imagine the disappointment. The only explanation I could come up with is a.) the photos are outdated by about 10 years and the brush has been severely neglected or b.) views from another cabin were posted for bliss.
2.) day 3 or 4 my husband took a shower early in the morning. We left, returned to the cabin hours later to find half of our belonging on the kitchen counter including our dry goods soaked. The lady in the phone was very unapologetic and asked if she had to send someone out to clean it. No… we are capable of cleaning but a half a gallon of water on the floor and counters it’s pretty serious. Especially considering my husband slipped as soon as we walked back in.
Our intelligence was insulted when she asked if we knew the floor for above was the ceiling for down stairs. Yes, we are aware. He didn’t walk around drenched in water.
Exposed gfi outlet outside too.
I always rate my vacation experience on how quickly I can relax. I was able to relax immediately here. It was clean. The location was amazing. Not too far off the main road, but private and tucked away between the hills surrounded by nature. We had so much fun sitting on the back deck gazing at the stars. If there was anything that I could say could be improved on....there was a smoky smell from the fireplace use, I guess. This wasn't a huge issue. We opened the back doors and it was fine after the air circulated. Other than that, directions were spot on, kitchen was stocked to cook & serve meals, jetted tub was so awesome, parking was great, enough towels and extra linens. Info for free daily tickets was available and easy to access. Thank you so much!!
