This home is in a quite, low population community while still having excellent paved roads and easy access to local attractions (about 30-40 minutes away). This 2.5 acre property is perfect for a relaxing getaway surrounded by a canopy of large hardwood trees. This home overlooks the flat creek section of Douglas Lake and is an easy boat ride away to a local marina and Douglas Dam. A boat dock is accessible from the property in a quite cove with little to no boat traffic, making it a perfect place to swim, kayak or fish. Enjoy this cozy and relaxing home while capturing gorgeous sunsets. Relax by the hot tub or chill by the fire pit.
