「Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.」

「The management scheduled a parking lot sealing during my stay. At various points the crew doing the sealing placed a single cone in the driveway or in the middle of the parking lot and proceeded to coat the parking lot. One time I was told to move my car as I parked pretty far from their activities. We were told the sealing agent would dry in an hour or two. It was still sticky the next morning. 「The facilities are older, but the management is trying to do some updating and modernizing. Main thing is the rooms are clean plenty of space and comfortable. We did not use the pool, but it did look inviting and it was being used by others. The staff was helpful when looking for a place to eat, and the manager was super helpful getting us a one night refund as we needed to cut our stay short. I would recommend this place if you're looking for affordability and not picky about decor.」

「The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort.」

「Needs serious updating. Door window frame to our room is broken. Blinds are broken/malfunctioning. Room and lobby smell musty. Check in staff did not explain how to get to location of our room—we were told to “go to the three buildings” for your room. That part was correct, we found the three buildings. However, we were on the bottom of three floors and parking around the back side was where we should’ve parked. We had to figure out which building and which floor without any signage to help us....

「The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. 「Easy to find, close to lake, easy check in and check out」

「The location of the Lake House Inn was great for visiting my husband's brother and his girlfriend. The room was attractively decorated, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the room reasonably clean (baseboards and walls are due a good wipe-down, though). TP dispenser was MUCH too far from the toilet and there was a faceplate for a control to a nonexistent heat lamp that hung loose from the wall. Maybe remove the faceplate and TP dispenser and plaster over those spots? DO NOT book through...
