Poinsettia enjoys a coveted position right at the beginning of the famed Seven Mile Beach, making it a top choice for beach lovers. This oceanfront development offers unparalleled convenience, allowing guests to walk to popular snorkeling spots, Kirk Supermarket, restaurants, shops, bars, gym facilities, pharmacies, downtown George Town, and more.
The new HYATT HOTEL is going up to the South of the Poinsettia condo complex, so please be aware that there is a 12 story building next door, but sufficient privacy fencing and barriers have been installed on the borderline. Most of the exterior work has been completed, so the work next door is primarily inside, and completion is set for the Fall of 2025.
