Rest and Relaxation

It is conviently located next to the Marriott which has a good food options and restaurants across the street. Not to mention the property is oceanfront in your backyard.

Fantastic stay on Seven Mile Beach

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Location is excellent – the pool and beach were wonderful. We were close to many shops, restaurants and public busses. The property manager was accessible and helpful. We enthusiastically recommend this location!

Great Location and Beautiful View

The condo was clean and well-appointed and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and walking distance to Camana Bay. Plenty of pool and beach toys to keep the little one entertained. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

We very much enjoyed this property. It was very clean and in a great location. the self check-in was very easy. I only contacted the owner once before our stay began to confirm we were set for check-in and I received an immediate response. Everything was great once we arrived so I didn't need to contact the owner again, but I have no doubt I would have receive the same immediate response.

Nice unit and location

The unit was very clean and well organized. The location is great with many good restaurants in walking distance. The only down side is the beach- it is small and very rocky. I recommend walking 10 minutes up the street to the public beach entrance where there is great sand and no rocks. Seven mile beach is very beautiful.

Exactly as Pictured

Two adults stayed in this lovely condo for spring break 2024. The kitchen is well-outfitted, the bedrooms are roomy, and having two bathrooms is a wonderful treat. I would stay on this property again. The only "surprise" was no beach front to swim on our property. We were often found in pool chairs overlooking the ocean, but no direct beach access.

Amazing week!

Great property! It was clean, nicely decorated, plenty of space, and had a gorgeous view. The kids loved the pool and the beach was perfect. We walked up and down the beach in both directions and I think "our" stretch of beach was one of the best. The Regal Beach has nice chairs and we never felt overcrowded. Having the Marriott next store was really nice too because we had amenities (like a restaurant, coffee shop, and a Red Sail sports rental outlet) but our beach was much quieter. Can't wait to go back!!!

RELAX vacation

This property is perfect for a family with children or a couple looking to have a spectacular getaway. The ocean and sunset views are just right. The only downside is the lack of beach, but walking pass the Coral Beach Grill (to the right of the property,) will make all your troubles disappear!! ❤️ We WILL definitely return. Oh and Carol (our host) was available and helpful when needed. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s!

Fun in Cayman Island

We truly enjoyed our time in Cayman. The condo was just as described. The grounds are beautiful and there is a security guard at all times. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. It is true the beach isn't that big, but even while we were there it looked to be getting better. The water is gorgeous, but bring some water shoes as there are rocks in the water. Also be ready for some sticker shock, food and alcohol cost more, but it wont stop us from coming back!

Nice place to Stay

This location was nice. It is located right next to the Marriott. The pictures are accurate. The unit has a full pool and sunset view. If I had a negative to share, it would be 7 mile beach is not longer. Not in this area. Another negative, there are no elevators, and it is a 3 story location. If staying a week and you need groceries, Kirks is just mintues to the north, be prepared to spend a lot of money for food, its expensive. (Whether you go out or get groceries) The security on property is pretty good about non-residents that try to pass through, are asked to leave. Beach towels and other linens are in this unit, along with all detergents. I would recommend this unit, it is on the 2nd floor, for any travelers, families, couples etc.

Awesome 6 nights at Regal Beach Club!

We had a perfect experience at the Regal Beach Club Unit 123. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved the view from the patio. The rooms were so spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. We had Kirks stock our fridge for when we arrived. Then we went grocery shopping a couple more times during our stay. The man who takes care of the beach and pool area does an awesome job. The beach was immaculate and breathtaking. We always had chairs every day and a ton of room. We also took advantage of being next door to the Marriott and used the Red Sail Watersports (Kayak, Banana Boat & Jet Skis) and the pool bar. Jennifer was very helpful and answered all my calls with any questions and helping with a cab back to the airport at check out. My family cannot wait to come back to this wonderful condo!

Grand cayman

This was our 12th visit to Grand Cayman and have stayed at many properties on 7 mile beach. This was probably the worst property that we stayed at in our many times to the island Owner seemed annoyed that we booked through VRBO rather than directly with them Misinformation given to us through VRBO included no passcode for the lock on the entrance door to the unit, no beach, incorrect Wi-Fi passcode, icemaker did not work in the refrigerator, air-conditioning unit serviced while we were there without any prior notification that the service man was coming or authorized to enter the unit. Pool water was cold.The “hot” tub was unheated. One positive was that the security guards were very helpful and friendly. They were very effective at keeping the day trippers and the cruisers from entering the property. The other positive was that the cleaning staff were very helpful with our check-in and checkout process.

Nice location and property

Great place!

Spent six nights at Carol's wonderful place. Highly recommended. For people concerned about sand, in March 2025 there is beach - we spent evenings on the chairs in the sand watching the sun set.

Regal beach club vacation

The property was beautiful so clean and exactly as in the pictures. There was a small beach when we were there. The condo complex itself was quiet and very relaxing. No fighting for chairs by the pool or on the beach. It was our first time there and the people are all so nice and the restaurants were all good. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and clean!

The Pros: the condo complex is well maintained and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. The location to restaurants was awesome - we walked to many places. The host was easy to communicate with and everything in the condo was as described. Fully stocked with fun water toys to borrow! You can snorkel right off the property Cons: there is no beach. When we booked almost a year ago, there was a beach which is why we booked here. The beach has been eroded and the water is up to the sea wall. This was a bummer but we found other beaches to visit.
