  • This spacious 2-bedroom penthouse condo on Seven Mile Beach boasts high ceilings and large private balcony. You have access to 3 pools, a large swimming pool with a swim up bar, hot tub and children's pool.

    Dive into relaxation on our private sandy cove beach just steps away. Our protected sandy beach cove is safe for children to swim and a snorkeler’s dream.

    Lounge on sunbeds, enjoy central location, and explore nearby restaurants and gym. Perfect for a Caribbean getaway.

    Spacious two bedroom penthouse apartment with a king bed in the master bedroom.

    The apartment boats a large private outdoor patio/balcony with outdoor seating.

    Walk a few steps down to the pools, swim up bar that serves food and drinks to you in the pool. Enjoy relaxing in the jacuzzi or wander down to the private beach cove on site.


    With a central location, there are local favourite spots walking distance away. For breakfast, Coconut Joes and Icoa are short walk away.

    There is a large gym next door called World Gym as well as shopping plazas with restaurants, spas, pharmacy and shops walking distance.

I felt this was a great value for price. The private beach is a 75 yard walk from the condo (if that). All amenities listed were accurate. The owner was was responsive to requests and the breakwall on the beach provides better snorkeling than other nearby condos. Walking distance to most needs. Would for sure stay again.

Sunset cove is in a great location on 7 mile beach. It provides close proximity to several good food choices, or your own kitchen if you prefer to cook. The private beach area is very nice, and the pool area complete with swimup bar was perfect for a relaxing week in the sun. Some condo's there have beach views, others have interior pool views, while others have parking lot views. There are pros and cons of each, all in all the patio on the backside away from people yielded good privacy and seclusion even though you could not see the beach from the balcony. Just a word of caution, if you go during the offseason, you can anticipate there may be construction in some of the condos as we experienced. The condo owner was prompt in understanding what was going on and providing information about when the noise would be most prevalent. We planned the day around the work going on in the near by condos. it lasted just a few days, while we were there for 7. All in all, I would rent from sunset cove again. I might try to get closer to the sand as the trip would have been more enjoyable with an oceanside view.

Beautifully appointed villa. Excellent beach with adequate chairs and umbrellas. I would recommend. Nice layout with double bedrooms and bathrooms. Owner is quick to respond and pleasant.
