Welcome to my house!

Bright and decorated with the beach in mind, this lovely 270m² house is close to various top attractions in Azeitāo and Lisbon!

This house is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV to watch your favourite shows and a spacious dining area. There's also a terrace with a table and seats for you to enjoy meals in the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The house also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

Two bedrooms have two queen beds, the third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth has a double and a single bed. All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nestled at the base of the breathtaking Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, this house is just a few minutes walk from the charming heart of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, which locals and visitors adore for its many beautiful shops and great restaurants. By driving or even walking, you can visit the many farms, vineyards, and wineries in the area to savor Azeitão’s specialties of Moscatel wine, cheese, and sponge cake. Within a 15-minute drive are some of Portugal’s best beaches, such as Galapinhos, Portinho da Arrábida, and Galapos. You can conveniently reach Lisbon via a 35-minute drive or a one-hour journey by public transport.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Vila Nova Azeitão bus stop is just a 3-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
