「We recently stayed at Falcon Manor for a weekend getaway and were absolutely blown away. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome – the building itself is stunning, set in beautiful grounds with sweeping views over the Dales. Our room was immaculate, full of character with high ceilings, period details, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with lovely touches like L’Occitane toiletries and fluffy towels. We especially enjoyed the peaceful view...

「Great location on quiet road. Parking easy and safe. 10 mins walk into Settle. Rooms very comfortable and well equipped. Free fresh milk, orange, apple juice, water. Staff superb, efficient and helpful.」

「Very basic rooms. One person seems to do all work from cooking to serving. Very helpful and friendly. But place badly needs more staff to clean and serve. One man cannot manage. Hotel in gear location to discover town and railway station by foot. Take car driving into hotel carpark as very narrow. Some good local beers on offer at bar. 」

「Came to settle for some 3 peaks hiking and to meet up with old friends for joint birthday celebrations. Woodstock cottage was ideally located for train travel with substantial baggage. The cottage was great, had everything needed for my 5 night stay. Loved the reclining sofa, fully equiped kitchen, comfy beds and bathtub. Kate was a great host and added thoughtful extra touches like milk in the fridge and a small welcome hamper. Could not have had a better stay in this value for money cottage. 」
