    This 59 m² flat has been completely renovated and beautifully decorated. It is located on the 1st floor with a lift and has an East-facing aspect.

    It comprises a kitchenette equipped with 4 induction hobs, a fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, filter coffee maker, kitchen utensils and a washing machine.

    Living room with television. A bathroom and a separate toilet.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 1 double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom.



    A large private garage on level -1 (L 5m x w 2.90m x h 1.85m).

bel appartement mais absence de clim

c'est un bel appartement, bien équipé. Le point fort de cette location étant la piscine. l'absence de clim a rendu le séjour moins confortable, notamment en période de fortes chaleurs et, surtout pour les nuits, même si un ventilateur était à disposition. C'est le gros bémol de cet appartement et donc le point à améliorer pour que tout soit parfait. Sinon, l'appartement ne peut être agréable qu'en dehors de la période estivale.
