Very nice, air-conditioned, well-decorated, and well-appointed 2-room cabin apartment with glass-enclosed balcony.

It comprises:
- Equipped kitchenette (top-mounted refrigerator, dishwasher, mini grill oven, 2-burner ceramic hob with extractor hood) - Living room with non-convertible sofa and television
- Beautiful 14m² glass-enclosed balcony with 4 doors and a beautiful side sea view - Bedroom with a 140cm double bed - Separate cabin with two 90cm bunk beds and a window - A renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate toilet

Access to the shared parking lot of the secure residence, non-personalized and non-guaranteed space

Additional costs: Electricity during heating season
Optional services to be paid on site:
* Sale of disposable linen kits from €12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases).
* Towel rental for €6 per person (1 large and 1 small). * Cleaning fee starting at €60.

Egalement appelé CAP LAZARET, cet ensemble de résidences a pour horizon, au-delà de la méditerranée, les sommets enneigés des Pyrénées avec son point le plus élevé le Canigou. Situé au pied de la plage, l'accès à partir des résidences est direct, pas de route à traverser. La plupart des résidences vous proposent une piscine, de larges terrasses ou loggias. La convivialité est au rendez-vous ainsi que les accents du midi sur le marché hebdomadaire du quartier de la Corniche.
