"The Family Room has nice windows for walls on two sides and was larger than the advertised 22 m2. It was actually 25 m2. However, it does NOT have 1 queen and 1 single bed because it can only sleep 2 people, not 3. It has 2 super single beds. The room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea as advertised. "The whole experience was amazing. The whole place offers the highest service one can expect. The location could not be better, the breakfast is fantastic with various options to all tastes. The pool area and gym were my favourites. You can literally consider it a full resort. They really thought about every single detail to provide a great stay to all. From the scents in every room and corridors, to the perfect temperature everywhere. Even the delicious sparkling tea left to the guests in the room is a small gesture that makes an impact. The staff is the best. I will always come back when visiting KL."

"The stay was perfect: very good location, convenient rooms, laundry machine with drier, parking spot available as well. Easy check in and comms. One drawback though: quality of the breakfast and preparation time- both unacceptable. Average 40mins to serve breakfast for 4. Usually there was alsway something different: chicken instead of shrimps, you could choose only one hot drink or get tea only as there wasno coffee at all. We prepaid breakfast but was able to trade it back because for this money you get so much better literally 3 mins outside of the building"
