「Everything about my stay was excellent 」

「Absolutely magnificent home! Years and years of loving curation provide pure eye candy for visitors while lending a true element of grandmacore nostalgia, exhibiting decades of a life well lived in every available space!! The host, Burnette, is a lovely lady and greets you with the warmth of a grandmother, happy to welcome you in with a cup of hot tea! Breakfast was a scrumptious homemade quiche and cherries jubilee! We look forward to returning!! 」

「I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...

「The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use.」

「Staff were very friendly and front desk staff at check- in were excellent, however, the bathroom ceiling was moldy. The little shmpoo bottle was empty and overall condition of the room was subpar. Discolored spots, stains on the walls and mismatched touch up paint spots.」

「Filthy hot tub, floors, no hot breakfast like advertised, no one at front desk. When they did come, rude and unfriendly. We ordered a king suite, got a king room with a crappy hot tub, no bars to get in/ out off it. Paid price of a suite not room. Need a partial refund....」

「First appearance the property is nice, lobby area clean, and good staff. The room seemed clean and suitable but later noticed that it seems clean at first but really needs a deep cleaning. The bed slept good and the pillows were good. the bed pedestal put the top of the bed at about 3 foot from the floor, which seems to high. The main complaint about the room was the bathroom fan which comes on with the light switch. The fan was very loud and annoying when ever the bathroom light was on. The...
