"This is a true gem. The owners were wonderful. They called to check on me and even surprised me with dinner a couple nights (which was amazing). The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well. I will surely stay there again. The WiFi signal was the best I have ever experienced in The Gambia. I highly recommend it. They told me they are opening a restaurant in December which will be great. "

"Save yourself the trouble—this property lacks professionalism, comfort, and basic upkeep. The location was another letdown. While advertised as convenient, being directly opposite Keir Srynge Market meant struggling to locate the property every time I went out and tried to return.The area felt unsafe after dark, with limited lighting and no clear pedestrian pathways. "The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was healthy with all of the food that I was used to. Cleaners came to my room every morning to ask about cleaning my room and to help with washing my dirty clothes for a few pounds. The beach is about five minutes walk from the property and the beach is very clean. The resort pool is very clean and well spaced out, with children pool on one side and the adults on the other side separated by a bridge that leads to the bar. The way the huts are laid out was great it allows for privacy with two bamboo chairs and a table in front of the hut, incase you want to watch the sun go down. Great place, I loved it."
