"when looking for the accomodation, it was difficult to understand if we were booking a room or an an appartment. we wanted 2 rooms for two people and we ended with booking 2 appartments!! that we were not able to cancel :-( secondly, the way to register is quite complex and even if you give your phone number on hotels.com, the host didn't receive it. I had some mails... in my spam box :-( :-( so the check in was quite complex. beside that everything was ok"

"The apartment we stayed in was upstairs with a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything needed for our stay. Balcony area needed more comfortable furniture in general- when I asked for sun loungers, they were brought up straight away. Parking on site is excellent and very secure. No fault of the apartment owners but we did have a very noisy family next to us who let their children run around the car park and gardens until 10pm each night - not great when you want to relax...

"We spent three wonderful weeks in Rosalba's house. The house is really excellent. It is quite spacious and cozy. It has almost everything you might need, but even if you can't find something, just ask Rosabla. Bedrooms have wardrobes and mosquito nets. Everything (including bathrooms) is meticulously clean and neat. The absolute gem of the house is big sea-faced terrace with BBQ, dinner place and a few sofas. It is nice place to have breakfast or to spend evening with a bottle of wine. Thanks...

Our only suggestion would be to please provide a welcome booklet for visitors, which includes information on closest shops, restaurants, places to visit: tourist leaflets etc. Also local emergency information e.g. vets, closest hospital etc just in case. "La casa si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Cagliari. È curata, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno estivo. Si trova in posizione strategica sia per visitare il centro di Cagliari che per muoversi lungo le cose (con auto). Ha davanti una generata bus con linea diretta a diverse spiagge circostanti. Trovandosi nel centro, non è sempre facile trovare parcheggio vicino ma lungo le strade limitrofi ce ne sono assai a cifre modiche. "

The rooms were comfortable with AC, a fridge, decent wardrobe space and a modern bathroom. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options (including local biscuits and pastries), and good coffee. The staff were very kind and on hand to answer any questions. We would happily stay here again. "
