Italienurlaub bei den besten und liebsten Gastgebern

Wir haben noch noch nie in all den Jahren in vielen Ferienwohnungen derart zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastgeber wie Gemma und Andrea kennengelernt. Bereits direkt nach der Buchung gab es sehr freundlichen und persönlichen Kontakt, das zog sich dann kompett durch. Bei der Ankunft waren wir direkt überwältigt wie toll, herzlich und kompetent Gemma uns in hervorragendem Englisch alles gezeigt hat. Während unseres 2-wöchigen Aufenthaltes gab sie uns jeden Tag die besten Ausflugstipps (auch kindgerecht angepasst), die sogar abgestimmt auf das vorhergesagte Wetter waren, also wann wir welchen Ausflug am besten machen. Die besten Orte, Eisdielen, Pizzerien, Geheimtipps, Karten, Beschreibungen, was man beim Parken berücksichtigen muss, usw. Das historische große Haus mit den Ferienwohnungen (die Gastgeber wohnen auch hier) und der gewaltige und wahnsinnig gut gepflegte gemeinsame Garten sind wirklich eine Wucht. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass man wirklich ein zu Hause findet. Dazu gibt es Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, z.B. Kicker, Tischtennis, Babyspielplatz, Basketballkorb, eine eigene Sitzecke für jede Ferienwohnung, Wäscheplatz mit Überdachung usw. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet, besonders erwähnenswert sind die tollen Fliegengitter an den Fensterläden und die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern oben. Die müssen übrigens nur bei extrem heißen Sommertagen angemacht werden, sonst reichen geschlossene Fensterläden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Komfortable Ferienwohnung in einem wunderschönem Garten

Wir hatten hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit antiken toskanischen Möbeln und um das Haus herum ist ein großer wunderschöner Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. In der ersten Woche unseres Urlaubs war es sehr heiß, weshalb wir für die Klimaanlage sehr dankbar waren. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und hatten viele Ausflugstipps für uns. Wir waren viel im Meer - einer der wenigen freien Strände der Toskana ist bei Forte dei Marmi - , aber auch mal im Gebirge und Lucca und Pisa sind nicht weit. Wir hatten einen erholsamen und schönen, abwechslungsreichen Urlaub und fühlten uns rundum wohl in der Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Belle rencontre

Une location de charme avec un joli jardin dans une merveilleuse région. Mais surtout une hôte pleine de gentillesse qui vous donnera plein de conseils et avec qui vous pourrez partager un café tout en discutant.

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passer 15 jours de vacances exceptionnels (août 2022) Les propriétaires Gemma et Andrea nous ont accueilli comme des amis. Toujours un petit mot gentil ou une petite attention. Le programme de vacances nous l'avons fait d'après les bonnes idées découvertes de Gemma. C'est grâce à elle que nous avons pu visité et voir des choses magnifiques et découvrir des villages que nous n'aurions pas fait sans ces conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cette location aménagée avec goût et très bien situé pour toutes les visites et plages. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Excellent séjour

Grand appartement, très propre, très bien équipé et décoré avec soin par les propriétaires avec accès à un très grand et beau jardin bien aménagé (patio avec coin repas, transats, jeux…) Propriété idéalement située pour découvrir la Toscane et profiter de la plage. Des hôtes absolument charmants, très accueillants, toujours disponibles et d’une grande gentillesse qui nous ont donné de précieux conseils pour découvrir et profiter au mieux de la région. Nous reviendrons!

Beautiful place, surrounded by a great garden, close to the beach

We had a great week at the house of Gemma and Andrea. The apartment is big and well equipped, perfect for a family with 3 little children. There is beautiful garden, where the kids can play, and learn something about nature as well, as Gemma and Andrea have a wonderful vegetable garden. The location is perfect, close to the beach, but also close to Pisa and Luca. Gemma and Andrea are really nice, friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this place!

Einfach zum entspannen

Schoner Urlaub, sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber Gemma und Andrea. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern sehr gut geeignet. Der Strand, Supermärkte und Seenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben hier eine schone Woche verbracht. Familie Becker

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern bei Gemma und Andrea 3 Wochen. Beide sind wunderbare Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir bekamen von ihnen viele Ausflugstipps und Empfehlungen, die unsere Reise sehr bereichert haben. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, zwischen Olivenbäumen. Garten ist geschmackvoll gestaltet, man kann da grillen oder die Sonnenbäder genießen. Die Wohnung war mit allen nötigen Sachen ausgestattet, authentisch, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Außerdem sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Nordtoskana und Ligurien gut erreichbar. Die Ortschaften sind malerisch und wunderschön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Supertoll - wir kommen wieder !!

Das wunderschöne traditionelle Haus „Antico Borgo“, umgeben von einem großen Garten, liegt zwischen dem Meer und den apuanischen Alpen. Die Ferienwohnung „Antiche Travi“ geht über zwei Etagen und ist nicht nur stilvoll, sondern auch liebevoll und mit zahlreichen hübschen Details eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche, ist hochwertig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Im Garten stehen zahlreiche Oliven- und Obstbäume und die Sitzgrüppchen und Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen laden zum Verweilen ein. In einer von Hecken abgetrennten Ecke gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Basketballkorb sowie einen Platz zum Wäschetrocknen. Die Hausbesitzer, Gemma und Andrea, zeichnen sich durch große Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit aus. Sie geben hervorragende Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants und jederzeit äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in der „Antico Borgo“ von der ersten Minute an sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Ein Paradies in paradiesischer Umgebung!

Prima Toskana

Der Aufenthalt war toll (Garten, Haus, Wohnung...einfach prima)...und der Ausblick erst. Die Vermieter waren richtig nett und fürsorglich, hatten immer Tipps für tolle Ausflüge parat. Geheimtipp Malboco (ganz in der Nähe). Wenn Toskana dann ist dies eine ausgezeichnete Basis für einen prima Familienurlaub...kann man nur empfehlen.

Hervorragend!

Wir sind mit zwei Familien im September in der Villa gewesen. Das Haus ist etrem durchdacht und gepflegt, die Vermieter (Nachbarhaus, jedoch so geschickt angeordnet, dass absolute Privatsphäre vorhanden ist) sind sehr zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Der Ort entwickelt sich sichtbar - eine kleine Promenade ist derzeit leider nicht vorhanden. Bis nach Porec sind es mit dem Auto jedoch nur 5 Minuten. Diese Unterkunft kann ich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Danke an die Vermieter!

Spektakulär

Urlaub in einem wunderschönen, mit liebevollen Details eingerichteten Haus, tolle, warmherzige Vermieter, ein Garten voller Olivenbäume mit reichlich Platz zum entspannen. Wunderschönes Apartment mit Blick auf die Berge

Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit einem wunderschönen Garten (Blick auf die Berge). Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort, etwas fernab vom Trubel von Forte dei Marmi. Der Strand ist ca. 3-4 km entfernt und auch problemlos zu finden. Die Anlage ist super familienfreundlich und man kann einiges in der Ungebung unternehmen!

Merveilleux séjour

Imaginez une bâtisse entourée d'oliviers, près de la mer, au pied de la montagne. Une bâtisse décorée avec goût et élégance, dans un havre de paix pourtant si proche de la multitude estivale. Découvrir la Toscane dans ces conditions n'est que du bonheur.Un séjour merveilleux auquel Gemma et Andréa, très disponible, ont apporté une touche personnelle, délicate et attentionné. Il est impensable que nous ne revenions pas au cœur de cette si belle Toscane dont Gemma et Andréa sont les ambassadeurs. Angelo V.

Great Italian hospitality

The house is clean and the personal touch of the owners in the decoration makes it a very nice place to be. The location is quiet but within minutes your at the beach. Railwayconnections to Firenze and Pisa nearby as well as motorway exit. Very friendly owners who really understand hospitality. It is a house you really feel at home.

Great Place for a relaxing vacation

This farmhouse is a wonderful place to stay in Tuscany. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. The outside space is very nice too. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful within easy reach of the beach, mountains, restaurants, and attractions such as Lucca, Pisa, and Cinque Terre. We had a great vacation here in July and would return if given the opportunity.
