- 와이파이가 너무 느려서 화상회의를 할 수 없음. - 따뜻한 물이 빨리 안나오고 기다려야 함 - 소파에 누워 자는 사람도 많을텐데 청소 안하시는 듯 - 빨랫대 살이 계속 빠지는 오래되고 고장난것 갖다 둠 - 창문열고 나면 모기장을 내리는 위치가 너무 위에 있어서 손에 잘 닿지를 않음.

깨끗해요

복층구조라 오르내리기가 좀 위험스러웠던 점만 제외하면 대체로 다 만족스러워요. 나이드신 분들은 숙박하기 힘드실거 같고 젊은층들은 좋을거 같아요. 친절하시고 청결하고 나머지는 다 만족스럽습니다.

Perfect property for a short stay in Seoul. Within a 4 minute walk of 2 subway stations and with a 7 eleven right next door. Very comfortable and clean property with all you'd need as a base for day trips around Seoul. Excellent communication from Kevin, the property owner, who responds quickly to emails. Highly recommended.

It's a comfortable and clean apartment. Near a train station exit. Very convenient. And it's within walking distance to the main street in Gangnam. Location is ideal as its easy to travel to different parts of Seoul from here.

四日間の滞在中ホテルのスタッフは、一度も見なかった。 勝手にチェックインチェックアウト的な感じで本当に合っているのかと思いながら、入って出て行った感じだった。 部屋は、綺麗で住み心地が良かったが一度も清掃された気配はなかったので、それなら掃除道具があれば尚良かったと思う。

복층 오피스텔 이용한다고 생각하시면 됩니다...주차는 기계식 주차로, 주차 불가능한 차종도 있으니..확인하시고 이용하세요. 음식도 해먹을 수 있고 냉장고,세탁기,다리미,tv,인터넷,토스터기,전자레인지,전기주전자등 오피스텔 옵션등이 있고 작은 금고도 있습니다. 욕실에는 드라이어,샴푸,바디워시가 있고 컨디셔너,바디로션,치약,치솔은 없어요. 뷰는 꼭대기 층이라 나쁘지 않습니다. 방음은 문밖 소음은 들리는 편이나...그 외 벽간소음,층간소음은 수준급입니다... 후기가 도움이 되셨으면 합니다.

江南エリアにあり、空港からのアクセスもよく、ロケーションは抜群。 部屋も清潔でおしゃれ、景観もいいです。 キッチンには基本的な道具が揃っていて、ちょっとした料理を作ったり、隣の建物1階にあるコンビニで購入したレトルト類やラーメンなどを気軽に調理したりできます。キッチンの下には洗濯機もあり、備え付けの物干し台で室内干しできます。韓国は乾燥しているので、部屋干しでも、朝に洗濯しておけば、夜には乾いています。これらをフルに活用すれば、中長期滞在の旅行であれば、かなりコストダウンをはかることができるでしょう。 清掃担当者以外の職員とは基本的に顔を合わせることはなく、必要に応じてLINEやカカオトークなどで常時やりとり可能です。チェックインも数日前にドアの暗証番号をメールで教えてくれ、勝手に入ればOKです。一応、部屋に入ったらLINEなどで連絡しておくといいかと思います。 私は韓国に長く住んでいたこともあり、あまり構われたくないタイプなので、この合理的・機能的なシステムがホテルより気軽でよかったです。１週間ほどの滞在期間にあらゆる備品をフル活用させてただきました。 韓国に住んでいたことがあるなど、韓国のマンションや家電に慣れている人なら、使い勝手はとても良いのではないでしょうか。ただし、韓国に慣れていなくてスタッフに助けてもらいたい、あるいはセルフサービスは苦手、という方には向かないかもしれません。 ソウル旅行歴25年、韓国在住・在勤経験のある私にとって、あらゆる面でソウル最高の宿でした。また利用したいと思います。

價錢平，地方大，有無敵風景，有洗衣機，廚具，冷暖氣性能都很好，有大梳化，可以變梳化床，可睡兩個人的大小 閣樓睡床位比較矮，只有一米四左右，要彎著腰進去，但睡著也不覺得壓迫感 樓下有便利店，機場坐6703，75分鐘左右，回機場坐6009，60分鐘左右，酒店去最近的新論峴站5分鐘，附近有一大條食街，酒吧街，去高速巴士地下街只要一或兩個站
