"The staff, the room, and the rest of the hotel were excellent 5/5. The staff was happy to hold our luggage after checkout until our flight later in the day, and housekeeping went above and beyond each day. The only small complaint is that the AC isn’t really adjustable (no matter what we set it at, it always stayed at 71 degrees), and the lights were inconvenient. You had to insert your keycard to turn the lights on, which is fine, but the only issue is when you get up to use the bathroom at night - you either have to turn all the lights on and potentially wake anyone you share a room with (the lamps have individual switches but the hallway lights don’t have separate switches so they always turn on when the keycard is inserted), or you have to use the bathroom in the dark. Aside from this, I have no complaints. The location of the hotel is very close to popular attractions and shopping areas, and the CU next door was very handy!"
