Basically, you get what you pay for. If you want to go to Seoul on a budget this is a cheap and convenient little guesthouse. We had our own bathroom, room had air con and TV and convenient shops near by Myondong is about a 20 min walk and there’s a bus stop that takes you even to Incheon airport, Myondong and Gangam. Make sure you buy your Tcard it’s good for buses, subway and Taxis. However, you can only top it up with cash at any 7eleven or the subway station. The bathroom had just a shower head attached to the sink, it is like a wet room no separation or actual shower. Make sure to bring a towel. There was also a fridge that came in handy. There’s a hair dryer and free WiFi. On the whole, it’s just a place to sleep and have a quick shower. We felt safe at all times, most Koreans are very respectful and don’t worry your stuff will not get nicked. Also Seoul is quite pricey. Hope this helps.

建物はあまり綺麗ではありませんが、部屋はまあまあ良かったです。風呂なし、トイレの横にシャワーがありました。歯ブラシ、タオルはあり。タオルは部屋の入口に置いておくと変えてくれていました。電子キーの閉め方が説明書など無いのでネットで調べました。

近くにコンビニエンスストアもあり、駅からも近く、東大門文化公園駅はどこかに出かけるにも便利で、宿の立地は良かったのですが、スタッフのサービスは不十分と感じました。 到着時にはスタッフの方がいて、日本語や英語は通じなかったのですが、部屋のドアを開けるための暗証番号を紙に書いたものを渡してくれて、部屋の開け方をジェスチャーで説明してくれました。 スタッフの方に会ったのはその時のみで、チェックアウト時、先払いで精算もなかったのですが、誰もいませんでした。 何かあったり聞きたいことがあれば、電話を掛けることになっているようでした。

３泊しましたが毎日清掃してくれると言ってたのに、最初の1回しか清掃してくれてませんでした。2泊目はタオルとトイレットペーパーの補充のみで、3泊目はその補充すらなかったです。なので急遽タオルを買いに行きました、、、。テーブルに置いていたスキンケアが勝手に捨てられていたり、シャワーヘッドが壊れていて直すようメッセージをいれても返事はなく、、、フロントなどもないのでスタッフには会えなくて結局壊れたままシャワーしました。（ホースから水は出たので使えはした）安さと駅からの近さだけで選んでしまって後悔しました。安さを取るならいいと思いますが、あまりオススメはしません。

雖然只有住一晚但感覺真是糟糕透了,廁所門是直接沒有鎖頭,只能闔上無法鎖,大寒冬的洗澡水卻是溫的,半夜直接沒熱水,住宿簡介上說櫃台服務時間：每日 09:00 - 23:00,但是根本就沒有人,所有都是採用自助式,完全不推薦大家來住

東大門まで徒歩圏内

最寄り駅からゲストハウスまでの道が比較的平坦で スーツケースでもそこまで不便ありません。 距離もわりかし近いので行くのが楽です。 東大門までも徒歩でいけるので遅くまで買い物しても 時間を気にせずに過ごせました。 チェックインについては当日の朝 ホテルズドットコムのメッセージ経由で連絡がきました。 チェックイン予定時間をお伝えしたところ 予定時間が遅かったためか、 玄関と部屋のキーナンバーが紙に書かれて 玄関に貼り付けてあったのはびっくり笑 でも部屋もトイレシャワーも綺麗だったので かなり満足しています！ スタッフの女性がかなり日本語ができるので わからないことがあっても気軽に聞けるのもよかったです。 また近辺に用事がある際はリピしたいと思います。

チェックイン時にスタッフさんがおらず仕方なく建物の前で途方にくれてました。 しかし、買い出しに行っていたのか10分くらい待っていたら帰ってこられましたし、「何分待ちました？」とお声掛けもいただきました。 日本語もお上手で、海外初心者の私にはとても助かりましたし安心でした！ 駅からはちょっと遠いので歩きますが。慣れない街並みなので苦ではなかったですし、東大門市場が近い距離にあるので、夜まで遊びたい方はいいと思います！ 部屋には床暖房とテレビもありましたが、床暖房は温度の上げ方がよく分からず、つけただけでは暖かくはなりませんでした。テレビは試行錯誤しましたが付きませんでした笑 チェックインの時に詳しい使い方を聞いておくといいと思います。 ゲストハウスの、廊下や共同スペースなどは臭いがきついですが、部屋の中はそこまでではなく、快適に過ごせました。 シャワーの水圧も良かったです。仕方ないことかもですが、シャワーを使うとトイレがずぶ濡れになります笑 1番残念だったのが、ドライヤーがつけた瞬間に異常な音が。。。煙が出たので、怖くて使えませんでした。が、言えばかえていただけたと思います。 布団も清潔でしたし、ベッドも快適でした。 ゲストハウスは玄関やドアが、とても可愛かったです。 何よりスタッフの方がいい感じにフレンドリーだったのが良かったと思います。 また韓国に来る機会があればお世話になろうかな。

To start with there wasn’t a clear directional instruction to locate the guesthouse.... the room is really small and you’ve wires and cable all exposed on the counter top. All the cabinets n drawers are being used by owner except for one unit above the fridge. And a flickering light that’s so annoying but I didn’t even bother to complain. Toilet although is bigger than the other room but the toiletries are placed on top of the cistern with a half squeezed tube of toothpaste there ...! And a few pieces of used soap on the soap dish ...! The shared pantry was messy n dirty... dustbin was full n overflow.... used cups n spoons ... breads n crumbs ...although provided but we didn’t even eat any breakfast just got the hot water fm dispenser...! The cleanup only happened on our third day of stay ....! Worst of all we didn’t feel safe at all. The main door is never closed regardless whether we’re leaving or returning... Overall my worst experience in any stay. The only credit I can give is very strong wifi reception.

เดินไกลพอสมควรจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน มีทางเดินลัดถึงโรงแรม แต่ต้องเดินอ้อมอยู่ดี เพราะทางลัด ไมมีทางข้ามถนน ต้องข้ามตรงทางม้าลายที่แยกไฟแดง เดินใกล้สุด จากทางออก 6 สถานี Dongdaemun พัก 4 คืน ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดแชมพูหมดตั้งแต่มา ไม่มาเติมให้ ไม่ทิ้งขยะ ทั้งบริเวณส่วนกลาง หรือในห้องพัก เตียงนอน หรืออุปกรณ์ภายในห้องก็พอใช้ได้ หลับสบายดี เจอคนเฝ้าเกสเฮ้าแค่วันเดียวที่ไปถึง หลังจากนั้นจนกลับก็ไม่เจออีกเลย ห้องเล็กกว่าในภาพ แต่ก็ไม่อึดอัด

Clean and simple but do it yourself breakfast

Room was small but very clean and comfortable. The entire bathroom was the shower but there were no problems and the water was hot with good pressure. The room was a basic room but was simple and the bed and bedding was very comfortable. However , the sheets were only changed once in 5 nights and room was never attended to except for one time to dump waste basket . Otherwise room was fine for the very low price of about $35 usd. The breakfast was marginal at best . Ok for me because I am not a breakfast person. Just toast ,instant coffee,some fresh grapes ,cereal and orange drink ( not orange juice ) the minimal bf was ok and not the issue. No one to serve,self service and no utilsels to eat . No knives ,spoons ,or folks or chopsticks . No napkins except for a roll of toilet tissue which I layered and fashioned into a plate for my toast and grapes . No butter but I poured grape flavored honey out of a small jar onto my toast because there were no spoons . More like a do it yourself breakfast in a bare cupboard room. Otherwise everything was ok and the food in Seoul is very reasonable and everywhere. The location of the hotel is great just off a Main Street and 5-10 min from the subway stop near the cultural center. Entrance to hotel is hidden behind front of building bus a small side walk way.

Good location near dongdaemoon or myeongdong street and not too high price for the place. The room was not perfectly clean but it was ok. The staff is very cool, breakfast included unril 10h and there is unlimited mineral water. Good wifi. It can be calm but it depends of the other guest... a lot of famiy with child for example can be noisy :) anyway it was a goos value for money !

家族旅行

チェックイン日にゲストハウスから、到着した時にオーナーの方が外出中である可能性があるとのことで、部屋の番号や暗証番号などを事前にメールを下さいました。以前、違うゲストハウスでオーナーの方が不在で入れなかったことがあったので、安心しました。部屋はワンルームマンションを改造したようで、広く感じました。部屋にドラム式の洗濯機があったので、寝る前に使用しましたがなかなか寝れない程、音が大きかったです。クーラーのリモコンがなく、つかなくて、壊れてるのかと思いましたが、オーナーの方に言うと、リモコンを持ってきてくれました。不満はないかと気にかけてくれる優しいオーナでした。二人で寝るには十分大きいベッドだったので、快適にくつろげました。口コミが少なく、不安でしたが、満足できました。

ゲストハウスは清潔感も有るし、水圧もあってとても良かった。地下鉄駅からも近くて良かったのですが、重いトランクを運ぶのにエレベーターやエスカレーターが有る 地下鉄出入口が近くに無いことが残念…

Lovely guesthouse close to Dongdaemun

The guesthouse itself is a 5 minute walk from Dongdaemun Park Station. It is very easy to find. The room was very big and quiet. If there was an issue with the room (for example broken light, you just had to say something to the manager and it got fixed right away). Breakfast was western style with toast and cereal. Water and Coffee were also free. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse! If you have the chance to meet the manager you should have a chat with him. His English is very Good and he travelled a lot.

東大門・明洞にアクセス最適なホテル

東大門歴史文化公園駅から7分ほどの場所にあります。 東大門は徒歩圏内ですし、鉄道は3路線あり明洞へも2駅で便利な立地です。 ホテルではなくゲストハウスと思えば特に問題ありません。 朝食は食パン（ジャム有）とバナナ、チョコパイがありました。 スタッフの方も空調や部屋の状態など気を遣ってくれました。 問題があるとすれば、こちらも遅くなることを伝えておくべきでしたが、24時までのチェックインは保証されていると記載されていたので24時前にゲストハウスへ向かったところ、外鍵が掛かっており入れませんでした。 エクスペディアのコールセンターに問い合わせし、何とかゲストハウス側と連絡を取れたので良かったのですが30分ほど寒さに震えていました…。 また、予約していた3人部屋（二段ベッドとシングルベッド）が空いてなかったのか、ダブルベッドとエキストラベッドの部屋になり1泊10,000wの返金がありました。（寝れれば問題なしなので、私はむしろ有難かったです。） 部屋内にシャワーもあります。シャワーを使うとトイレはビシャビシャになりますけど(笑) 洗濯機も部屋内にありましたが使っていないので分かりません。 ドライヤーとハンドタオルの一回り大きいタオルはありました。 チェックアウト後の荷物も預かってもらい、東大門でのショッピングを身軽に楽しめました！ 口コミも無かったのでドキドキでしたが安い値段で宿泊でき良かったです。
