Decent hotel with standard facilities. Suitable for short stay. Corridors are quite dark and rooms are not very sound proof so it may be quite noisy at night.

スタッフがとても親切で、早く到着したけど清掃が終わっているとのことで部屋に入れてくれた。部屋も広くて清潔。欠点はトイレがペーパー流したらダメなところくらい。これは韓国あるあるなので仕方ない。スリッパも使い捨てのものがあり助かりました！また利用したいです！

以前から、何度も宿泊していますが昨年リノベーションしてから初めての宿泊でした。客室のベッドメイキングや水の補充など、朝、コンビニに買い物に出た20分ほどの間にしていただいてました。また、テレビのリモコンの使用方法も説明の冊子を見ても分からなかったのですが、丁寧に部屋まで来て教えてもらえました。スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーに接してくれ、快適に滞在できました。なかでも、部屋に備え付けのボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーがハーブ使用のとても良い香りと使用感良かったです。やっぱり、このホテル、好きです。

スタッフの皆様はとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。日本語も通じるので、安心できました。お部屋も、トイレシャワールームを含め、清潔でした。東大門、明洞、ソウル駅など、電車１本で行けるのでとても便利。駅からは徒歩10分ほど。・ドライヤー：そよ風ではないので問題無く髪の毛を乾かせました。・シャワー：水圧に問題無し。・トイレ：トイレットペーパーは流せない。・ホテル内にコインランドリー有り。・１階ロビーに共用の電子レンジと飲食スペース、自動販売機有り。・ホテルから徒歩５分以内にコンビニが数軒有り。

ソウル東大門歴史文化公園駅から近く、交通の便が良かったです。ホテルの前のエリアが古くあまりきれいでないですが、食事エリアやコンビニも近く、東大門市場も歩いて行ける好立地でした。部屋もきれいで広く、バスタブもあり快適に過ごせました。ただ、シャンプー、ボディソープの据え置きがないので、利用さる方は持参してください。

東大門DPPから徒歩10分以内外観は古いですが、館内、客室は綺麗でした。初日のお部屋が狭く、シャワーしかなくて部屋のチェンジをお願いすると、翌日広いお部屋に変更してもらいました。スタッフさんも良い方でした。利便性も良いので、次回ソウルに行く時はまた宿泊したいホテルです。

フロントやスタッフはとても感じがよく、交通の便もよく気に入っているのですが、清掃が全くされていない。浴室などにも髪の毛が落ちているので、きちんと掃除をして欲しい・・・。

とても良い立地

韓国に良く行くので毎回利用させていただいています。フロントの方はいつも丁寧で、チェックインも、掃除が終わっているか確認して、早めにチェックインさせて下さいます。明洞にもロッテマートのあるソウル駅にも近く、ミュージカルをしている劇場にも徒歩圏内に何会場かあり、とても便利です。ただ二泊三日しましたが、二日目の冷蔵庫にお水のペットボトルが入ってませんでした。こういうのが2回目だったので、残念です。

リニューアル後に初めて伺いました。元の設備も残っている場所もありますが、床や壁や照明が新しくなり、とても快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの方は以前と同じくとても親切です。立地も良いのでまた泊まりたいです。
